The apartment was very clean! All the essentials are there! Hosts are kind and helpful! Everything about it was Super!

Thessaloniki is an amazing city. Among its many assets in the waterfront where everyone is having fun in the evening. This appt is literally 2 mins on foot from all that, but also close enough to the city centre with its magnificent churches and museums. Perfect place, equipped to a ver high standard, for your city break.

We had a great stay. the Apartment was even better than shown in the pictures. Absolutely worth the price.

Great location .2 min to buses, 4 min to the waterfront, minutes from many tavernas , cafes , grocery stores and half a block from a weekly farmers market! Clean, comfortable, great mattress, unending hot water, lots of dishes and appliances. Comfortable couch in the living room. Bathroom is a little small but we got used to it. Great new windows and doors with incredible sound proofing. Such a quiet apartment for city centre! Dimitri was responsive and checked in a few times to make sure we were happy with our stay. The balcony was sunny from sunrise to sunset, spacious and quiet.

In addition to the perfect location and the great house, the fast and helpful communication with Emma was absolutely exemplary. Emma is a great hostess. We always felt comfortable and welcome. We once asked for more dish towels and small bowls. Within 15 minutes, these were brought to us. THANK YOU FOR THE TIME.

Melina was a very kind and extrovert person. She was lovely and always in a good mood. I loved being her guest. The view was great, the flat was easy to use, we had everything we needed, so in summary it was worth it;))

The place was beautiful and just like the pictures ! Each room has its own balcony which was very good. It was very central. Only the parking was a bit difficult because it is in the center. The stay was beautiful. I would book it again and again Thank you for everything.

The apartment was clean and well-maintained, just a 2-minute walk from the sea. We especially enjoyed the sea view from the balcony. The bedroom was quiet, perfect for a relaxing night's sleep. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at Dimitris' accommodation. Very nice house and great furnishings, everything was very clean. The area is very quiet, almost village-like and you have a great view of the city. Our highlight: enjoy the sunset on the city wall. There were also very good taverns nearby. We would love to come back :))

Everything was perfect. Natasha was a great host, and so full of positive energy. It was so clean, this is a rare place where you can walk barefoot like you are at home. It was equipped with everything you need. Although she did not know English and I did not know Russian or Greek, we managed to communicate with translator and hand gestures :) I would recommend this place to everyone.

Popi is one of the kindest person you will ever meet. She gave us a lot of good recommendations & she was so nice, she waited us with snacks, fruits and water. The house is very spacious, spotless clean & with amazing views. Nearby you will find great restaurants, supermarket, a cafe shop perfect for breakfast, everything at a walking distance; also, you will have a parking spot. I recommend everyone to come here, relax & enjoy this beautiful place. Cannot wait to come back here.☺️

We have stayed at Solon's place for a full month and it felt like home. We really appreciated that it was free of clutter that you usually see in other places on AirBnB. It had everything we needed and always felt so tidy and neat. The view from the terrace was amazing and we found it very calming. It was close to everything and the two bicycles provided made it easy to get around. They provided us with a high chair and cot for the baby, both in great condition.

A friendly host. He gave nice tips to do and where we could eat well. The house was spacious and has nice beds.

Perfect starting point to explore Chalkidiki and surroundings, by car. Just a few minutes walk to the beach. Various seating areas in the garden and on the terrace. Savvas quickly and kindly inquired about our condition and gave us helpful tips. Overall, we were very pleased with our host and "KatIcon Haus Sozopolis"!

Excellent accommodation choice. Clean, easily accessible space. It had everything we needed, which was also in the listed amenities. Comfort for sleeping, fully equipped kitchen, beautifully and tastefully decorated space. With Katerina, we had excellent communication for whatever we needed. We had a pleasant stay, the place is very peaceful and beautiful, with a magnificent sea view. We were a three-minute walk to the beach. There is plenty to eat five minutes from the apartment. We were 30 minutes (Thessaloniki city) from a lovely neighbor who prepared incredibly good Greek specialties for us. I thank Maria. I highly recommend this Airbnb. We were able to see young people playing soccer with large boxes, which was unusual for us but especially funny. It was our very first trip and we would do it again. We'd love to. I thank Mr. Pantelis for his attention, his patience, we were very late he waited for us until our arrival. Don't hesitate, the place is beautiful. It was a pleasant stay in Greece.

It was the best place I’ve ever stayed. Cleanliness, location, and price were all great. (I went knowing it was on the 5th floor with no elevator.) If it’s your first time in Thessaloniki, the location is perfect — close to everything. The famous bakery is just around the corner :) Even though there are cafes downstairs, it wasn’t noisy; the street was lively but not disturbing. Fantastic stay! The house was cozy and clean, a real paradise to relax in. The location was perfect for exploring the city and discovering all its secrets. The service was impeccable and the hospitality was top notch. I can only highly recommend this stay to everyone! I will definitely be back!

The apartment is situated in a building with a parking sport and a yard. Inside the apartment everything was wonderful - clean spacious, with lovely small details. Nikoletta has prepared some complimentary snacks and drinks for us, which was really great. To reach the beach a car is needed and same is to get to a restaurant. But there's a local market, a bakery and a pharmacy in 5mins walking distance from the apartment. Overall it was a lovely stay!
