Our house is located in the foot of the mountains in front of Kavos beach, just in the perfect spot where you can have the most stunning view of the Aegean Gulf and the town of Karistos, but hearing only the birds and the waves of the sea. In a clear day you may even see the closest of the Cyclades islands. The Stone House mountain retreat: open all year.

Take a step back in time and stay in this unique, beautiful old stone house, set on a steep mountain slope, surrounded by woods and terraces, ideal for walkers and nature lover's. A glorious sandy beach with two shipwrecks is a twenty five min. drive away. In the winter the Stone House has a wood burning fire making it an accommodation which is suitable for holidays in all seasons, especially walking holidays, each season having it's own special charm. We fully renovated an old house, the Cave, by keeping all those elements that highlight its traditional character and its 'bond' with mother earth, in combination with a touch of vintage decoration.
