To κτίσμα είναι 113 m2, ο κήπος 1500 m2 & είστε μόνοι σας . Έχει Wi-Fi , κλιματισμό με UVC pro γιά ιούς . Έχει κουζίνα & βεράντα με τραπέζι 4-5 ατόμων . Το μπάνιο έχει προχώλ με νιπτήρα & καθρέπτη +1 ντούζ με WC + 1 ακόμη WC . Έχει ενιαίο σαλόνι-bar & 2 χώρους-δωμάτια πού χωρίζονται οπτικά με κουρτίνες διαφανείς & ολικής συσκότησης .
