Chalet vacation rentals in Papineau Regional County Municipality

Views were amazing and the chalet was big enough for 6 people. I do wish there was another bathroom but overall it was an amazing experience and would stay here again. One thing to keep in mind is that due to the available parking (2 spots) one of our cars had to be parked parallel at the end of the driveway, so if you have large vehicles that’s something to consider.

Chalet très agréable et chaleureux. 3 chambres fonctionnelles. Cuisine bien équipée. Nous étions là en hiver, et plusieurs centres de ski à proximité. Épicerie facilement accessible. Jolie vue sur le lac du salon pour relaxer en fin de journée. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour!

We absolutely loved our stay at this cottage! It was perfect for a group, with private sleeping areas and lots of shared space to relax. The cottage was fully stocked with everything we needed, and Robin was a fantastic host. Flexible, accommodating, and pet friendly, which made our weekend completely stress-free and enjoyable. We’d definitely book again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway on the water.

Excellent séjour dans ce chalet typique et tout équipé. Il ne manque de rien ! L’arrivée autonome est bien pratique et la communication avec JF a été parfaite. Petit bémol sur la connexion internet qui peut être capricieuse. En somme un chalet parfait pour déconnecter et profiter de la région.

Si vous recherchez un endroit tranquille sur le bord d'un petit lac, c'est l'endroit idéal pour vous. Sabrina a été d'une gentillesse incroyable. je vous recommande cet endroit sans hésiter. La cuisine parfaitement équipée et avec beaucoup de commodités comme des épices et des huiles beaucoup plus qu'a bien d'autres Airbnb que j'ai pu visiter.

Très bon séjour pour deux grandes familles, avec les grands-parents qui sont venus souper… tellement une tablée conviviale qui nous as bien assis les 9 pour souper. Une belle decouverte vers laquelle on retournera!

Very nice cabin. High ceilings, nicely decorated, updated bathrooms (including a lovely full en-suite off master bedroom), was very clean, etc. Beds are comfy with nice linens. Basement games space is a nice bonus, with a bedroom down there. Basement does have a cement floor, which is smooth and clean, but could be chilly especially if staying in winter. Hot tub was nice and had a little pergola in the event of rain. Kitchen is well stocked. Host is very responsive and helpful! Photos do seem to show it having water access, however, it’s a short drive away and is more of a kayak launch than a beach or real waterfront. Host did recommend a nice beach about 15-20 drive. Would definitely stay again! Thanks :)

Beautiful chalet and fantastic location. The beach mentioned in the profile as a 2 min drive away is not legal to swim in. The closest usable beach is a 20 min drive. Great location for a large group, comfortable for children.

Would definitely stay there again! Guy’s place was great, in a great location and held our group of 9 for the Ironman 70.3 race

This was absolutely fabulous. I reserved this place for 10 people and it was absolutely beautiful. We asked to go look at the neighboring property which was also available. And that was just as gorgeous. I will absolutely be returning!

Un deuxième séjour au Chêne Blanc, et toujours aussi magique! Le chalet est magnifique, parfaitement équipé, intime et chaleureux — un vrai bijou en pleine nature. Tout était fonctionnel et bien pensé, et l’hôte est toujours aussi attentionné et facile à communiquer. Un endroit où on décroche complètement. Merci encore, et à bientôt j’espère!

La localisation était très bien et le chalet avait beaucoup de charme. Le chalet ne manquait de rien et tout était parfait pour avoir une fin de semaine en famille qui était propice a la création de souvenirs. Nous recommandons chaudement cette location

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel dans ce magnifique chalet ! Tout était conforme à la description. L’endroit est propre, lumineux et on s’y sent tout de suite chez soi. Les lits étaient tous très confortables, ce qui a grandement contribué à la qualité de notre séjour. La cuisine bien équipée, et la petite terrasse est un vrai plus pour profiter du beau temps. Un immense merci à Carlo pour son accueil et sa grande disponibilité. Il a su répondre rapidement à toutes nos questions et s’est assuré que tout se passe bien pour nous. Nous recommandons ce chalet sans hésiter, et nous espérons y revenir très bientôt !

Nous étions une dizaine de personnes à dormir dans ce beau chalet avec accès facile à un lac baignable. Très confortable, on peut se relaxer à plusieurs autant à l’intérieur qu’à l’extérieur. Nous y reviendrons sûrement.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans le calme de la forêt. Tout est à proximité en voiture. Le chalet était très propre, grand et avec des commodités pour un séjour agréable. Notre hôte était très flexible et sympathique dans sa communication. Merci encore.

Toute la famille a été enchantée par la beauté du chalet, le nombre de chambres, la terrasse, le bbq et bien sûr l’accès au lac tranquille avec les canots, paddle boards, pagaies et gilets de sauvetage fournis. Merci pour l’accueil et nous recommandons avec enthousiasme la location du chalet de Sophie!

Sincèrement nous en étions à notre quatrième édition de week-end de filles, donc c’était notre quatrième chalet et je peux vous dire allez-y c’est un chalet avec tous les commodités quatre machines à café différentes deux frigidaires sur place pour coucher neuf personnes dans les lits séparées en fait deux dans un lit King et le reste avait toute chacun leur lit nous c’était un m.ust pour nous d’avoir notre lit chacune .Il ne manquait de rien. Les autres sont actifs. Le chalet était propre accueillant. Nous avons adoré la véranda avec tous les moustiquaires autour un beau hamac dedans, les embarcations aussi plusieurs chalets qu’on a fait des embarcations n’étaient pas nécessairement adéquats souvent brisé là le paddle Board, ainsi que le pédalo était très fonctionnel, je n’ai que du positif pour ce chalet ☺️

Beautiful location right on the lake. Me and my wife we loved waking up in the morning and enjoying the coffee by the lake. Chalet well equipped , excellent for a couple.

The stay was in a beautiful location with stunning views of the river. You can hear the soothing sound of the Gatineau River flowing at all times—perfect for nature lovers seeking peace and tranquility. The instructions provided were clear, and the place was easy to find. The bedrooms, kitchen, and living areas were all very clean and well-maintained. The host was responsive and typically replied within 5 to 10 minutes, which made communication smooth and hassle-free.

Dai was a wonderful host! Dai let us check-in early, ensured we all arrived safely and wished us a lovely stay. The house manual answered any questions we had. Wifi was excellent all over the house. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils. The open-concept space was perfect for a reunion. The wrap-around deck had plenty of seating, and sun. The location was quiet and the boats were great. Dragonflies kept the mosquitos at bay, we watched turtles and tadpoles. We cant wait to book in the winter, for more than one night.

Kelly-Ann and Nadia's home was very beautiful, the view from the living room alone was breathtaking. There was alot to offer at the location and the hosts were gracious and kind enough to let me and my friends stay. The water was absolutely gorgeous and with the provided kayaks and paddle boats, we were more then certainly able to enjoy our stay. Thank you Kelly-Ann and Nadia for allowing us to create fond memories as a friend group on your land and home. Our appreciation knows no bounds.

The cottage was beautiful and spotless inside with a well stocked and open kitchen. The outside area provided either shade or sun for the whole day and felt very private surrounded by trees. It was peaceful on the private dock and a great spot to watch the sunset! Overall great experience!

This Airbnb was fantastic!!! My friends and I just spent the weekend at Simons cottage and it had everything we wanted and more. Comfy beds, cozy outdoor fire pit, awesome hot tub, gorgeous view of the lake, lots of room for the 8 of us. I really appreciated the thought and consideration into the extra supplies left for guests (ground coffee, filters, extra jug of water, firewood, condiments, house coats, lots of towels), these little things make staying at a cottage stress free and easy. Simon was kind and clearly a very good host, everything was so simple and clear. I’ll be coming back this cottage again for sure! :)
