Το κατάλυμα υπόκειται σε κρατικό φόρο ( τέλος ανθεκτικότητας) ο οποίος είναι από Απρίλιο μέχρι Οκτώβριο 15 ευρώ ανά διανυκτέρευση .λογο ότι είναι πάνω από 80τμ και τούς χειμερινούς μήνες είναι 4 ευρώ. η καταβολή του μπορεί να γίνει είτε κατά την άφιξη του επισκέπτη με μετρητά η στον τραπεζικό λογαριασμό του καταστήματος.

Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! The apartment corresponds exactly to the description. Everything is new and very well thought out. The location to the port is very convenient and yet in a solid residential area. Only the factory hall opposite disturbs the overall picture. Access is perfectly regulated, the balcony is definitely large enough for four guests. Just the right solution for a stopover.

An oasis of calm. The cottage is located in the hills behind Megalopolis. There is the Lousious Gorge, beautiful mountain villages and a great view. Since it is quite fresh in the evening in May, we were able to warm up with the fireplace.

What a beautiful location. Right on the sea where my boys could literally jump into the sea from the patio. The house was perfect for what we needed and ideal for watching the sun rise with a coffee and set with a glass of local wine. Derveni is a great location for driving to local sites and exploring the mountains. We hired a boat from 'Lidoblue' in Kiato and played with dolpins. Comfortable beds and aircon for when the nights started to heat up. Thank you and we look forward to returing for longer next year 🤞😀✨️

The morning awakening, with nature literally entering the house through the large openings of windows and balcony doors, it's something we'll never forget. The little one, the road that brings you to the house taking a small stream in the winter, disappears when you are inside and you think you are in the fir trees and into the mountain. The house is beautiful, made with modern architecture, ample spaces, impeccable bathrooms and beds. The hospitality is lavish, heat everywhere, plenty of food, utensils, and wood for the large fireplace. We can't wait to come back

This place really gives you the most beautiful view over the big lake Trichonida, fantastic! You can't get more privacy. We were accompanied by Mr. Georgio with his car up the mountain roads, great! we had the company of 4 cats, including 2 kittens. Super sweet but you have to love it because they won't leave you alone We had a fantastic time here!!
