Monthly Rentals in Paonia

What a delightful location! The goats were practically right outside our door, but were not noisy, even at milking time. The location is beautiful and peaceful, and the apartment was exactly as described. Plenty of hot water for showers, lots of space to spread out and a lovely patio for dining and hanging out. It felt quite insulated and cool, even though the weather was warm. Ceiling fans and blackout curtains also helped. Hosts gave us recommendations for kayaking and we had a great time paddling on the river (Western Slope SUP) before heading up to the North Rim for a hike (and a bear encounter!!).

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! It is very quaint and peaceful, and walkable to town and the park nearby for the farmer’s market too! The place was cute and tidy and had every kitchen and bathroom item I could need. I was pleased to find out that the bed does have a guard rail and the front door has a curtain you can draw at night now, 2 things I was worried about from past pictures/reviews.

Susan and Joe were such a delightful and fun couple! The accomodations and location were perfect for our situation. Just can't say enough about their home, views and location! If one needs peace and quiet this is a great cozy place to stay....plus very affordable!

Janice was a wonderful host, and her place was very cozy and homey, and the view is awesome!!! Her attention to detail shows she has her guests best interests at heart. The baked goodies were an added, sweet gesture! We highly recommend this place. Thank you, Janice💖
