Historical seigniorial house, where we built our wine cellar and set up an singular life area, working on comfort without forgetting the spirit of the place. The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. In the first floor are 3 cosy bedrooms, organized with double beds or twin beds, separated toilets and air conditioned. A bottle of wine of the domaine is offered for your welcoming.

You have more than 150 m2 of fully equipped and personalized spaces with the unique furniture that I create. Ideal for family gatherings or recharging your batteries, you will be disconnected from the world. The rental includes a pool table, a jacuzzi, a large garden, many books, board games, a video projector...

The balcony of Sermu

Relax in this independent, bright accommodation with stunning views of the Baume-les-M cliffs. Direct pedestrian walks without taking the car (GR 59) and access in 20 minutes to the lake region (Chalain, Clairvaux, Vouglans…), in 40 minutes to the cross-country ski slopes (Saint Laurent en G) or slopes (Les Rousses are 1 hour drive away).
