A charming little house in the countryside.

The house is located in the hamlet of La Jaillette, on the Oudon River. The place is rich in heritage (12th-13th century priory church open for visits). I restored it with the most natural materials (cob, lime, hemp, old floor tiles, etc.). It consists of a living room with kitchenette (20 m2), a bathroom with shower (4 m2) and a bedroom upstairs under the attic insulated with wood wool. Private garden with furniture and umbrella.

This trailer will seduce you with its authenticity and atypical side. The Oasis de la Cormeraie is set in the countryside on a 3 hectare forested plot. A green setting, a paradise for birds, frogs and fishermen, with a beautiful pond.
