Tram House, by the sea

The main house of the former Tallinn Tram and Trolleybus assembly recreation base, where tram drivers spent their downtime together during dark counseling times. Today, there's not much to feel like it in this house anymore, as there are sleeping options, a kitchen, shower, etc. and not much has been preserved from the former decor. The sea and swimming bridge are right in front of the house, and if there is an interest in fishing, it can be easily satisfied here. In the summer, the water is warm in the sea, and if the wind blows, you can surf right away.

A house built before 1909 and recently renovated to former glory. The apartment has been renovated mostly by myself with traditional methods, as it was first built over 110 years ago - wooden floors, clay plaster walls, curved ceilings, natural fibres and ecological clay and lime paints. The apartment is quiet and full of sunlight at most hours. Joy for people who love colors. Comfortable for families/small groups. Free parking for one car in the yard. Accommodation close to downtown

Enjoy the ease of living in this peaceful and centrally-located home. Just 10-15 min walk away you will find a number of shops, nice cafes and restaurants and the main attractions. Important: Our apartment building is currently undergoing repairs to the stairwells (summer 2025). The renovation can make it a little difficult to navigate the stairwell, but getting in and out of the apartment is guaranteed.
