Lovely cottage with the best location only 600 m from the wonderful beach. From the house, you have wonderful views of protected nature. There are plenty of possibilities for enjoying the lovely region, where you can hike, enjoy the sea at the vast white, sandy beaches, and explore one of the longest MBT tracks on your mountain bike, which runs close to the house. Large living and dining room and a new kitchen and bathrooms. 3 bedrooms with room for 6. Firewood for the woodstove is included.

Køb fisk, krabbe og hummer direkte herfra. Fra huset er der direkte udsigt ud over kuperet, fredet hede, og mulighed for at nyde stilhed og enestående nattemørke og stjernehimmel. Læg evt. vejen forbi Bulbjerg, Jyllands eneste klippe - også kaldet "Jyllands skulder" - fastlandets eneste fuglefjeld.

Built in 2023, with two restrooms, a large open kitchen and living room, and four bedrooms plus an annex with an additional bedroom, there's plenty of space for everyone to relax. Der er kort afstand til havet og 10 minutter til lækre strande i Øster Hurup og 5 minutter til indkøb. Huset har plads til 8-10 personer. Huset er udstyret med fiberbredbånd og wifi som dækker hele den 3000m2 store naturgrund. I juli og august er der indtjekning om lørdagen. Der kan i perioder være en del insekter.
