Η μονοκατοικία βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή του χωριού χωρίς θόρυβο όπου είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και αρκετά κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο. Το χωρίο Παναγιούδα έχει ότι χρειάζεται κανείς.
