Great communication. Price was great for a month stay! The extra bonus was the amenities off the property that were free for those who stayed at the airbnb. This was a perfect place for what we needed. We are planning to move to the area and may use this for family and friends when they visit in the future.

Enjoy Historic Oriental Home

What a hidden gem! This town was exactly what we needed! The house was perfect, my children, and I could’ve lived on their screened in porch. At night, we sat and played board games and listen to a guitar from a nearby restaurant. The neighbors were so friendly, one invited our children down to explore the creek. While the beach was not our final destination, it was a very easy drive. Ashley was so helpful and responsive and helped us plug into some community Easter event events for our children. My only regret is not being able to stay longer.

Susan and Charlie immediately made me feel right at home. Their friendly demeanor and old school charm was just the interaction we needed. We’ve always felt a little skeptical about renting rooms rather than an entire home, but we would stay here again due to the calm and charming nature of the hosts. The space has a zen feel that makes it easy to drift off to sleep after a long day of travel. The bedding was comfortable and clean and the private bathroom made everything a breeze as far as convenience and privacy were concerned. The outdoor space, with a quiet view of the nearby dock and the intercostal inlet was part of the whole reset for myself and my travel companion. What a treat to see all the antiques this duo has decorated their space with, along with some stunning art on display by both Charlie and Susan and some other artist peers these two admire. We were short on time, but we did get to imagine future art lessons in their studio. See you guys again soon!

The home looks brand new, better than the description and photos posted. The kids were excited to see dolphins swim and play in the water nearby by each day. A great getaway. If you don't already have a boat, be sure to bring some kayaks or a canoe to take advantage of the ramp to paddle in the nearby creeks!

Had a blast was right on the water stayed last year at another place but wasnt on the water like this place had boat dock so that was really nice unloaded boat tied it up to dock didnt have to worry about anyone messing with your stuff because it was there personal dock so not having to worry about other people being around !my boat and belongings so our stuff was safe they have plenty of fishing rods and kayaks if ypu,just wanted go on a little kayak stroll out for a day. I really,liked how peaceful,it was just a good place and quiet will defintely be going back next year and planning on staying in the same place actually i couldnt believe how quiet it was nice deck on side of house if you want to read and drink ur coffee with a view didnt have to worry about neighbors very quiet and peaceful place!! Loved it!!!

We loved our weekend stay! We have stayed in this house several times before and we always love it. It’s always nice and clean and cozy. It’s very spacious with 3 bedrooms. The beds are all very comfortable. The 3 bathrooms inside the house make it very convenient when we visit. And there is also a bathroom outside for when we are outdoors. There is plenty of outdoor furniture for a large family to have a meal or just enjoy the scenery. Glenda is a wonderful host every time we visit. We can’t wait to go back!!

We loved watching a doe and a fawn each morning. The view was spectacular. The accommodations were wonderful. The place was clean. Loved that Celeste met us at our arrival. The covered parking garage was also a plus. Thank you for sharing your place with us!
