Roxan is an excellent host! She made our stay easy and comfortable. She gave us great recommendations for dinner. Her directions to the cabin were clear and easy. The communication was quick and comfortable. We loved staying at Roxan’s place. It was super clean and had everything we needed. Even got to enjoy nice espresso ☕️. The house is extremely clean which made it very comfortable for us. The bathroom super clean. Nice cozy and warm living room with a fireplace and records to enjoy on a cold rainy day! We loved the clutter free space. The hot tub outside was perfect temperature to enjoy at the end of the day. We enjoyed the chairs and fireplace outside in the morning after our walk by the creek just a few steps away from the cabin. The place is within walking distance from the main town if you want to go for a walk or shop the local business. I recommend you make this place your choice to stay when you visit Idyllwild. We are definitely coming back! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The cabin has all the amenities, but it was such a calming environment, that just sitting together for our anniversary, listening to the sounds of the forest and feeling the pleasant breeze was enough. Of course we used the hot tub under the stars and watched a bit of Stanley Tucci's show about Italy on Hulu during breakfast, but the cabin and it's location are the best thing happening. Going to dinner in town was about 5 minutes in the car, but we liked the cabin so much, we ate and returned to spend more time together, in a place so very different from our home in San Diego. We'll have to stay longer next time. Thanks David!

We had a lovely weekend stay at this Airbnb! The hosts were incredibly kind and responsive—communication was smooth from start to finish, which made everything feel effortless. The home was spotless upon arrival, and all the basic amenities we needed were thoughtfully provided. The neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing getaway, which is exactly what we were looking for. We especially appreciated how well-maintained everything was and the special touches and thoughtfulness that went into the decor. It felt very comfortable throughout our stay - Oh, and the great deck to enjoy the beautiful surrounding as well!! The layout is great for small groups or families. While it's listed as a two-bedroom, it's worth noting that the second bedroom is an open loft area. It worked well for us, but future guests should consider their privacy preferences when booking. Overall, a fantastic stay—we’d definitely come back!

This absolutely beautiful, stunning, and open-spaced A-Frame cabin was the absolute best stay we could’ve asked for. Paul & Melanie were extremely kind, informative, available, and flexible. If they were our host for any and all future air bnb’s, we’d be delighted! If you’re thinking of a get-away cabin in scenic nature, you’ve found the perfect, zen, accommodating cabin here at their Carpe-diem cabin! Highly, HIGHLY, recommend! Great food nearby, beautiful scenery, wonderful townspeople, quiet and quaint, lovely and private.

This place is so cool. It felt like very remote but still accessible. We loved the decor and grounds. The place is stocked with everything you need. The host was very responsive. We had some trouble with the pool and not clearly understanding the directions or limitations with regard to heating but we were able to work with the host to get things figured out. Overall great stay, especially for large groups and kids. We would return and highly recommend.

Excellent stay, very proactive and responsive hosts. Just far enough out of town to feel private, but close enough to palm springs to "go out". The cabin itself was SUPER neat.

The cabin was very clean and well-maintained. Located in a quiet and peaceful area, it offered a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle. The views were great — a nice place to relax and unwind. The cabin is perfect for a couple (two people), but will accommodate three. Enquire ahead of time regarding the use of the tub as it may not be available.

Great aesthetic. Clean. Great location. Games and common areas were fun.

Jill was a great host and very responsive. The kitchen had all the dishes we needed to prepare a Christmas Day meal. The beds were comfortable. The town ofJulian was very nice with bakeries and of course the well known bake pies. The restaurant, Jeremy’s on the Hill, were very accommodating and we could sit on the patio, that had heaters, with our small dogs.

Juniper Haus was perfect for our family with little kids and a pup. The backyard is huge and free of clutter, plenty for our kids to run around. The cabin had everything we needed. Any communication, Collin responded right away. Would definitely come back, the town is right down the street but we only stayed a night and the rain fortunately hindered us from doing any hiking

Our family of four loved staying here. The campground has a nice layout. The home has everything you need. They put a lot of thought and love to the home. The beds were great and we were very comfortable in every room. The kids loved it. The host was very responsive. We'd love to be back. Thank you for hosting us.

Our family loved staying in the little A Frame! Lots of homey touches & natural decor that was practical and yet beautiful. The town is walkable from the home. Very peaceful location! Host is very responsive. (People with mobility issues would have a hard time with the stairs).

This is a really lovely cabin. We were comfortable, kitchen had needed amenities, and check in and check out were very very easy. The back deck and surrounding views were absolutely spectacular. Very quiet area. Hosts were quickly available. We would happily stay again.

This cabin was perfect for a short weekend stay in Idyllwild. Most of our time was spent out in town or hiking so coming back to a cozy spot was ideal and needed. For two people and two biggish dogs it was the perfect size. I did not utilize the kitchen as we ate out but it looked like it had the necessities you would need for cooking. Marks place is close enough to town you could take a long walk (think 30ish minutes along the road) and far enough away from the crowds which makes it a quiet environment.

I loved Elizabeth’s place! What a peaceful, beautiful place. Just what I needed as a relief from noisy L.A. So well designed and thoughtful. I especially loved sitting out on the patio, listening to the birds and wind through the trees. Just A+++.

Rebecca’s was very accommodating to a last minute booking and was a generous host to my self, my partner, a rambunctious boy and two dogs. It was overall a pleasant stay. Thanks again!

Arriving here was like walking into your home. It was immediately inviting, comfortable and clean. Nathan was quick to respond when I asked about bringing our two cats and he was more than happy to host them. I originally picked his cabin for the fenced in yard, but the tree top deck ended up being phenomenal! Myself, my husband and both cats spent the entire weekend on that deck enjoying the quiet and watching all the wildlife. We are already planning to stay here again and will be staying even longer next time!

A Fantastic place to stay! The photos match the house. Place is very nice and quiet. The house was very spacious and had everything we needed for a cozy stay. Jaimy was very helpful and communicated really well with us throughout our stay.
