"El Rec" del Molí, a charming place!

"El Rec" del Molí de Can Boada is a charming space to find rest and calm. Located in an old water mill in Banyoles, it has an independent entrance, a double room and a space with a kitchen and a sofa bed, a bathroom and the private garden of the hazelnut trees (avellaners), to read or make a meal. A rope with a pulley will allow you to lower the utensils without difficulty and with grace. It also has a common space, with games for children or adults and a corner to hang out.

The patio house

The patio house is the result of a dream. Located next to the pool in the courtyard of the main house, it consists of two rooms. In the beautiful entrance there is a huge dressing room. From there, you will access an open space in which you will find everything you need. A private terrace overlooking a leafy bank overlooking the river. The solarium with clothesline above the house, the patio, the pool and barbecue, eventually you will share them with me.

Loft in a rural setting with spectacular views

We offer to stay in a rural setting where you can enjoy spectacular views by taking a dip in the pool . The place is very quiet and the loft has nothing renovated while maintaining the rustic and practical essence at the same time. It has a ground floor with direct exit to the patio with kitchen, bathroom and living room and open first floor with double bed. The patio is great for hanging out a breakfast or dinner in the cool. The pool is shared with us.

Very spacious and comfortable house, with Wi-Fi and air conditioning to enjoy relaxing. Ideal for 6 adults and 8 children or teenagers to share. Suitable for children and infants. Not suitable for parties. Located in a very quiet residential complex without noise. Essential and as a rule of the house, no noise is allowed in the garden, no speakers or music are allowed outside.
