Connie’s place was not only the perfect size and location but also just the perfect vibe. Every part of the treehouse matched what we were wanting out of our vacation and made our trip that much more enjoyable. Whether it was sitting outside drinking coffee in the morning or out by the fire at night, the view and peaceful surroundings along with the interior views created the perfect escape for us throughout our entire stay. Connie was responsive and beyond amazing with every question and help we needed. She was an amazing host and created the best space for our trip, we appreciated every big and small detail!

This is a beautiful home. Everything you need for a perfect stay. Felt so comfortable and safe which is very important to me for my family. Bluffton is a beautiful area, have been here many times, so much to do. Thank you for sharing your spectacular home with us.

Lovely space! Beautifully decorated and with modern touches and comfortable beds. We hope to return soon. We enjoyed biking around the neighborhood and to the general store. It’s a peaceful, quiet resort neighborhood — but so close to many things to do. Recommend the free shuttle to the beach, especially with preschool/elementary children in tow who may not feel like walking 12 minutes to the beach. This was a cute place to stay for my cousin’s 50th birthday! Lots of party supplies at the house, like a cake stand and balloon inflator. It was perfect for 7 of us ladies. The pool in the backyard was a huge bonus so we could cool off after a long day of walking in Savannah. It a great location if you’re looking to spend time in both Savannah and Tybee. 15 mins from each. Very central and close to hop on the freeway. They’ve done a great job of updating the house to be more modern. One thing to note is that the pink room has a step down - so if you have an ADA guest, they will feel most comfortable sleeping in the blue room. Even though the houses are close together, we felt very safe in the neighborhood. The backyard felt private with a newer fence on one side and lots of trees to make it feel secluded. Plenty of parking for 2 cars front to back in the driveway. It’s great that there is a Publix right around the corner too so you can grab last minute groceries. Overall it was great!

Erik’s place was perfect for our family of 9. Lots of space, plenty of beds, and close to everything we like…beach, resort, shopping. Eriks was very flexible and accommodating the week leading up to our trip as my schedule changed twice. His pre trip communications were clear and simple. His true hospitality is evident upon our arrival by the much needed and enjoyed welcome basket of snacks and sparkling water after our 6 hour drive. This is definitely the best place to stay in the Hilton Head area for a large family. We plan to make Erik’s place a regular beach trip destination.

We decided to stay in Bluffton for the easy access to the venue of the wedding we were attending at Montage at Palmetto Bluff. Although we didn’t spend too much time in the house, it provided every necessity and then some. We will definitely come again when we are able to stay longer and explore Bluffton.

We had an awesome week at an awesome place. This spot is beautiful. Looking forward to coming back soon.

Stayed here with two friends for a wedding weekend and loved it! The townhome was clean, comfortable, and just a short walk to all the shops, restaurants, and the riverfront in Old Town Bluffton. Perfect location for exploring the area on foot. Would stay again.

This home truly felt like our personal oasis, just as advertised! Its proximity to downtown Beaufort made it incredibly convenient for us. We absolutely loved spending time by the pool, relaxing on the porches, and unwinding in the hot tub. The layout was perfect for our family of six, and I even found a cozy spot to work when needed. As beach lovers, having the park pass for Hunting Island was a delightful perk. We’re already excited about the possibility of making this a cherished yearly getaway!

The house was in close proximity to downtown Bluffton and a quick drive to the beach. The house was spacious and very neat when we arrived. The decor made the house feel very welcoming and there were plenty of games and activities in the garage to keep us occupied. The hosts were very attentive and always responded in a timely manner.

We absolutely loved the food and champagne. Things like that stand out, because we were tired when we got in from the long drive and knew we could relax in with the breakfast there instead of having to go buy something. Everything was comfortable and we really enjoyed our time there.

Paul and Kristen are excellent hosts. They are always responsive to any questions or issues. Their home is very comfortable and well equipped.

Fabulous stay! We couldn’t have asked for better accommodations having a cat and a dog along for the journey. Peaceful and a beautiful property, especially zin with the few rainstorms that came across May River. 100% recommend!

Perfect studio for short-term rental. Absolutely gorgeous lawn, view of the inter-coastal and surroundings. Sunsets were breathtaking as usual. The barn felt very private despite the location being next to the marina and restaurant. Misty was very responsive and flexible. Would 100% recommend.

We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding at Hewitt Oaks which is a 2 min drive from the house. The house is adorable, comfortable and spacious! The large backyard has a beautiful view of the pond and we enjoyed watching the ducks each morning. We had 6 people in the house with ample space to move around and visit - and 2 more in the adjacent garage apt with which was super roomy as well. We loved our stay and would highly recommend it to anyone, whether attending a wedding or just wanting some peace & quiet. Icing in the cake was our host Heidi, who was so kind and responsive.

The Palm Villa was the perfect place to stay for our family's first trip to Hilton Head! The villa was everything we hoped it would be. It's quiet, comfortable, clean, well-stocked with basics, and has a beautiful view looking out the sunroom. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beach, which is perfect if you're traveling with young kids. The villa is also near the entrance of Sea Pines, which made it easy for us to come and go as needed. Cory was a fantastic host and was very responsive and helpful during our trip. There were a few small maintenance issues with the villa and adjacent putting green that occurred during our stay, but Cory went above and beyond to address those (without disturbing our vacation) and make it right for us. Would definitely recommend; we hope to come back!

Staying in the Sea Pines is pretty special, and this home was an amazing place to spend a week. The neighborhood is peaceful and surrounded by the beauty of the island. The house was pristine and very comfortable. There is plenty of space to accommodate a large family and they have included everything you could need with great attention to detail. The kitchen is fully stocked, beyond any other home we’ve stayed in and it felt above and beyond our expectations. We had access to a community pool about a mile away that is easy to bike to and also surrounded by live oaks in a peaceful neighborhood. The house has bikes, but we brought our own and took full advantage of exploring the area on the vast bike trails that connect to shopping, dining and the beach. If you’re considering a trip to Hilton Head, the Sea Pines is the place to stay, and this house has to be at the top of the list.

Such a beautiful place! Would absolutely stay again. Sherri was very responsive to all our questions. Pool and hot tub was perfect bonus after a day at the ocean.

The Sol Shack was a perfect base of operations for our island adventures. It was the perfect size for two of us with room for another couple. It is situated in a quiet place off the beaten path. The host Tennille was amazing. She was very easy to get ahold of and had plenty of recommendations that were spot on. I would recommend 10/10 times.

We absolutely loved this house! It was the most perfect location to get to Tybee Beach and to Savannah! The house was exactly as described. The master bed was comfy (and I’m picky). The kitchen was well stocked. The garage set up was perfect for my boys 16 and 12. There is an air conditioner in there that makes it so enjoyable. The pool looks small but is actually perfect for a handful of people. I always judge my rentals pretty hardcore and this was an amazing stay! Thank you for being great hosts!

Great location and amenities! Cesar was super responsive and helpful when we asked for extra blankets and needed help finding the best way to access Sea Pines Beach Club. It was a beautiful home and had everything we needed! Would stay again if we come back.

This Airbnb exceeded my expectations. The home was even more beautiful in person. I have already shared pictures with family wanting to book our next trip just to stay in the Airbnb. It felt like home, except nicer! lol the host responded promptly to my messages and the entire process was a breeze. 10/10 💯❤️

We had an amazing two-week stay at 72 Baynard Cove! The house was incredibly spacious, making it perfect for relaxing and spreading out. It’s also very pet-friendly, which was a huge plus for us. The host was beyond accommodating—super attentive, responsive, and genuinely kind. One of the highlights was the outdoor space—the spa and cabana were absolutely perfect for relaxing. We would definitely stay here again next year!
