We offer a spacious apartment (100 m2) for several families. Newly renovated, in Ribeira and a short walk (50 meters) away from Coroso beach. It has 4 spacious rooms, 2 bathrooms and a large living space with integrated kitchen. Located on a fifth floor (eye, there is no elevator) allows you to enjoy views of the entire Arousa estuary, being able to distinguish with a simple glimpse of O Grove, Arousa Island and Ons Islands. It has a grocery store in the same building, very comfortable!

You won't have to worry about parking as the accommodation has a private garage.

A very quiet area where we can barely hear the boats that go out to fish and where the silence and the sea will make your stay a unique experience. Outside the house has 3 garden areas on which we can find a pool and barbecue area with incredible views. Inside it has a master bedroom in the upper part from which you can see the sea.

Thanks to the central location of this home, you and yours will have everything at your fingertips. This is a 5th floor apartment WITHOUT an elevator. It is a building with only 8 neighbors so it is requested to respect the quiet hours to live without problems. To the lovers of the beaches, tell me that it has a large beach just 5 minutes walk away and many others around, as well as leisure areas.

The 4th floor Palmeiras is located in Palmeira, on the beachfront of La Corna beach. It has private parking, wifi and two large terraces, one of which overlooks the ocean. The apartment has two bedrooms with a double bed, a kitchen, and a living room with a flat-screen TV and a comfortable sofa, plus a bathroom with a shower. The accommodation also has a washing machine, sheets, and towels.
