Monthly Rentals in Palma

Absolutely loved my stay for a little over a month here! Perfect neighborhood and an even more perfect apartment; an ideal experience. The view from all sides - of all the city, including the cathedral, the water, and Belver castle - is truly unmatched, and the apartment has everything you could possibly need. Can't wait to come back!

The hosts have made it all very easy, with fluid and agile communication. The apartment is very central, well kept and clean. Can't ask for more!

Thank you Mercè and Victoria for the beautiful apartment and the great holiday. Everything was as described, great amenities and you didn't miss anything. Victoria always responded promptly and was super friendly. Mercè welcomed us on site and was there for us immediately if we had any questions. Even our air conditioning was replaced in a timely manner after it stopped working properly. It is a peaceful setting with a great stretch of beach more frequented by locals. The bus station is only 5 minutes away and the number 47 runs for 2€ per person directly to Palma City. The apartment complex is very clean, the pool is taken care of regularly and the remaining residents are also very friendly. We can absolutely recommend it and would come back any time.
