Family-friendly vacation rentals in Palma

This was our second visit to Antonio's this month and it's still great. It's perfectly set up for a couple to enjoy Sóller -- it has everything you need, a nice pool with a view, and easy access to the center of town, to Fornalutx and to Port de Sóller.

Michelle’s place was perfect for our stay in Mallorca! Beautiful location and really helpful, kind, responsive hosts. The place was clean, accessible, very clear instructions on how to get there. Would definitely recommend!

We received a warm welcome from Catalina and she showed us around the apartment. Her daughter Teresa gave great instructions on how to find the villa apartment, and she is also very friendly and helpful We were given a lovely selection of fresh fruit, some coffee, tea, beer, fruit juice which was a nice surprise. The apartment was comfortable and ideal for a couple. The setting is peaceful with beautiful views. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we were sad to leave when our holiday came to an end. We would recommend this location as an ideal base to explore what is a very beautiful part of Mallorca.

We had the most wonderful week here. The property is fantastic, especially for a family with an abundance of toys and lovely fenced pool. The house has all the amenities you might want and the outside area is really special. We loved sitting out for dinner in the evenings. Palmanyola itself is quiet but it’s easy to get to Palma and Guida gave us some great local restaurant recommendations. We would 100% recommend and hope to come back one day.

C’est un petit coin paisible où tout est doux et calme, la lumière est chaude, les oiseaux, les poules, les chats, le chien, tout le monde vous invites à ralentir, à vous détendre, et contempler le calme. Nous avions une jolie chambre très belle, cozy, tout était là pour qu’on ai de quoi se préparer des petits plats (et heureusement, car on avait même pas envie de quitter l’endroit pour manger ailleurs.) Les matériaux sont nobles, d’une simplicité parfaite! La piscine est délicieuse, invitante! Notre hôte était accueillant et bienveillant. Je souhaite à tous le monde de goûter au bonheur qu’offre cet endroit merveilleux!

This was one of the most tranquil, beautiful and scenic stays I've ever had. Tomeu is an utter gentle-man: kind, patient, helpful, responsive. The unit on his and Joana's property is simply adorable, with a nice size bathroom (and great shower!) and kitchen (vs the common tiny bathrooms & kitchens in many small Spanish pisos & casitas). The bed is firm which I love. Slept like a baby every night. The neighborhood, nestled in the Tramuntana mountains, is stunning and so quiet but for the sounds of birds and a far-off rooster in the morning. I would definately stay again (esp now that I know how to work the front door, which takes a bit of finesse).

Wonderful Villa in a nice location, with shops, beach and restaurants in walking distance distance and easy access to Palma via taxi/car. The villa is very well equipped and made for a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Maria was a very helpful host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a pleasant stay.

Le seul problème ? Que je ne puisse pas mettre 10 ÉTOILES! La maison de Marga est exceptionnelle, un petit joyaux un vrai moment de bonheur. Nous sommes coupés du temps ! Identique aux photos, très propres, très très bien située. Marga est une personne très sympathique le dialogue et clair et simple. De belles même très belles attentions à notre arrivée. La piscine est un vrai plus, aucune difficultés pour se garer. Le village de Petra est super mignon avec toutes les commodités dont nous avons besoins. Si vous passez sur cette annonce ne réfléchissez pas ! RÉSERVER merci pour tous Marga!

Can't thank Neil and Julie enough for their hospitality. The place is gorgeous and in a great, quiet location. My partner and I were in Mallorca for a work shoot, and this place was the perfect place to stay where we didn't need to worry about a thing. the check in was super easy and clear and Neil was really responsive and friendly. He even kindly sorted me out with some paracetamol when requested (because the shop didn't sell any). There's an iron, hairdryer and even a bottle of water in the fridge so it couldn't have been better. if I had to be super critical (which I don't!) a full length mirror would have topped it off, but honestly it doesnt even matter. thanks again!

We visited Mallorca for three nights in June 2025 and stayed in Apol-lonia's loft Airbnb. The space is much more than a loft, with a garage, downstairs spaces, two upstairs rooms with king beds and ensuites with showers and toilets. All kitchen utensils and comforts you could need were provided for. We hired a car and enjoyed the local beaches, highly recommend going to the local park natural de Mondragó to swim at Cala S'Amarador (tip go after 6pm). There are shops nearby including a little port town and a bigger one just a few extra minutes away. Apol-lonia was a great host and we highly recommend this airbnb. Muchas gracias Apol-lonia!

Teresa was extremely helpful and she gave us excellent recommendations. The place is spacious, with a wonderful terrace. The area is calm, 20min to the city center by bus, 10 by taxi. We were 3 friends and we found this place perfect for us!

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

Ein traumhaft schönes Appartement direkt mit Blick auf den Strand. Unten drunter kann man direkt essen, in der Umgebung gibt es alles was man braucht von Surf-Shop über Bike Shops, Cocktails, Essen, eine. Kleinen Supermarkt. Und natürlich den Strand! Simona und Ana sind super nett, hilfsbereit und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!

Sebastian (Vader van Toni) was een hele fijne host, naast de dagelijkse verse eieren hebben we ook genoten van de verse citrus bomen! We voelde ons direct thuis in dit knusse huis. De uitrusting van de keuken was echt boven verwachting! Een absolute aanrader dus!

Elva was fantastic and super friendly! Helped me get a taxi to the airport on the way back. And there are sunscreens available for use! Apt was clean and well located. Main con would be restaurant downstairs can be loud later at night (Spanish time!) but quiet until late morning usually.

Notre séjour en famille dans cette jolie maison paisible a été tout simplement parfait. Si vous cherchez en endroit calme, rural, avec les animaux de la ferme et le chant du coq le matin, dans une maison de plus de 200 ans, cet endroit est pour vous. Nos enfant de 1 an et 3 ans ont adoré. Mention spécial pour la cour arrière où nous avons mangé tous nos repas dans un décor paisible et chaleureux. Merci encore pour votre accueil Isabel et Marie.

Die Unterkunft ist wunderschön gelegen. Es ist ruhig und der Blick aufs Meer ist einfach top. Ein Mietauto muss aber sein in dieser Gegend. Die Wohnung hat alles was wir brauchten. Vor allem die Klimaanlage ist enorm leise. Das Baden im Meer ist problemlos möglich, allerdings nur mit guten Badeschuhen. Was teilweise etwas irritierte, waren die Spaziergänger welche direkt vorne durchlaufen. Trotzdem hat es uns enorm gut gefallen und wir würden wieder kommen. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt und Jose hat immer schnell zurück geschrieben.

Das Haus war wunderschön und ruhig gelegen. Die Zimmer sowie die Badezimmer waren sehr sauber und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche hat alles was man braucht. Das Beste am ganzen Haus war der Pool wo man wirklich den ganzen Tag verweilen kann. Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt!

A wonderful little spot for a quiet getaway! Iñigo and Silvia were great hosts. Check in was smooth and the location was easy to find. Truly a great place for either relaxing at the pool or swimming in the sea. The port is a 5 minute drive from the apartment with lots of great food spots and views. Will definitely be returning!

A great week's stay at Puerto Adriano Villa - the Pool & Villa were very clean and well equipped - Carlos is a super lovely host! He goes out of his way to make sure you enjoy your holiday, like dropping off a cake and bottle of Cava for my husband's birthday - a kind and thoughtful surprise! The area is quiet and easy to walk to the Spar supermarket & restaurants down to Port Adriano. Easy access to the Motorway for a trip to Palma and the rest of Mallorca. We loved everything thank you Carlos!!

The views from this house were absolutely stunning. It had everything we needed for a family of 6 and was even more beautiful than the photos suggested. We hope to be back very soon. Thank you all for a wonderful holiday.

Everything about our stay at this beautiful little cottage was wonderful. The hosts have clearly put so much thought & effort into creating a comfortable, stunning place where you are able to unwind in total peace and quiet. The garden was beautiful, with superlative views. We loved the thoughtfulness of the different seating areas, and the outdoor shower was marvellous! The planting in the garden was perfect simplicity with agapanthus, Gaura and geraniums lighting it up with prettiness. Really big and comfy bed, so we slept incredibly well after long hikes in the mountains and along the coastline each day. The kitchen is well kitted out and we made the most of the BBQ in the evenings. The location is perfect for reaching great hikes, and its quick & easy drive to Port Soller. The restaurants in Fornalutx are fantastic (great cocktails too!). Toni met us late at night & guided us up the windy little road, which is an adventure in itself (don’t hire a big long car!). Just perfect!

We spent a week at Lenka’s wonderful place. The house and outdoors are perfectly maintained and charmingly decorated . Great views, peaceful location (aside a little traffic noise during the day) yet only 20 minutes wall into Deià. Lenka was always very helpful. We hope to be back soon.

Haus war super! Die Gegend war sehr ruhig und nicht zu weit entfernt von der Cala Innenstadt (10 Minuten mit dem Auto, maximal). Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lidl, ...) sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Die Einrichtung ist wirklich sehr modern und entspricht den hinterlegten Bildern. Die Technik ist ebenfalls super! Ignacio hat alle wichtigen Infos zur Verfügung gestellt und war immer stets erreichbar.
