Apartment vacation rentals in Palma Nova

Very nice stay in a clean apartment. Communication with Zeger was perfect. Very kind and considerate. With things inside apartment you feel you are welcomed, such as coffee capsules and also decaf - very much appreciated! But no sugar :) It is also very pricey per night. There are good places to eat around. Not much to see around because the beaches that are most beautiful are far and you need a car or bus to get there. Sometimes loud holidaymakers can be a bit disturbing because the terrace is just above the dining area where people drink alcohol unfortunately and behave bad or speak loud. But this is everywhere in Mallorca. Good connection with Palma although it is a bit far. Anyhow, it was a very nice stay. Thank you a lot Zeger:)

Daniela’s apartment is spacious, clean and very comfortable. It’s in a great location for visiting Palma cathedral. The view from the roof terrace is fantastic. It’s quiet and there’s a supermarket just around the corner. It is on the fourth floor and there’s no lift, so there’s the added bonus of some exercise.

What a beautiful stay! The accommodation itself was great, very spacious and everything you need. The pool area is amazing, feels so private and just so relaxing and peaceful. The hosts are such lovely people, made us feel right at home and were very helpful and enthusiastic, you can tell they really love making their guest’s stay memorable! Will definitely be returning one day!! Thank you again ❤️

We had an amazing stay in Palma and would highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking! It is right in the city center so you can walk to just about anything you want and if it’s not walkable, you’re close to the main area where many taxis are waiting and the bus stop is located. Maria communicated with me leading up to the trip and was even able to accommodate us checking in a few hours earlier, which was so helpful and much appreciated! The apartment was spotless and matched the description, I actually think it was even better than I anticipated…the small balcony seating was great and we were able to enjoy the shared rooftop patio a few nights as well! Because the apartment is in the city center you will hear city noises, if this bothers you it may not be the place for you, but we loved the background noise! Also - when packing, keep in mind you’ll have to carry your suitcase up a series of steps! It wasn’t impossible, but could be difficult for folks with mobility issues.

The apartment and location overlooking the beach was first class and exactly as described, the pictures didn’t do it justice. The apartment had everything you needed to make it home from home. Martina as host was brilliant, thoughtful very helpful and prompt with communication. All of this ensured myself and my family had a fantastic holiday, and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment, in particular the balcony and wide open views from the living room which were superb.

This was a great place for the two of us to stay for a long weekend break. The apartment had everything we needed, and the huge balcony allowed us to live outdoors when the weather allowed. That outside space is what elevates this apartment to the "special find" category. As previous reviewers have mentioned, the lift shaft can be heard in the apartment, but once the main evening traffic quietens down, this is less of a problem, and this won't stop us booking this place again for our next Mallorca holiday. Special thanks to Isaac who was the most responsive and helpful host I've ever stayed with.

Location, Location, Location was PERFECT for this Airbnb! Gorgeous view all day & all night…. Nice ocean breeze, convenient parking, spacious and comfortable plus walking distance to many restaurants. The host, Gabriel greeted us upon check in, assisted us with our luggage and was very personable. We rented a sailboat with a captain for the day from Maksy Boats. Highly recommend! It was our first time to Mallorca and everything was perfect!

We absolutely loved our stay here. The place was spotless and Isidoro and Maria were extremely responsive to all our questions and provided excellent recommendations on places to eat, transportation options, bike rental places, and other questions we had. The location was perfect, close to many squares and plazas with good restaurants and gelaterias. There was certainly some construction happening but we had absolutely no regrets in choosing this apartment and would gladly stay here again.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this apartment in Santa Ponca. From the moment I booked, communication with the host was smooth and seamless—they were incredibly responsive and helpful throughout my visit. The apartment itself was beautifully equipped and truly felt like a home away from home. As someone who enjoys cooking, I especially appreciated the well-stocked kitchen—it had everything a home chef could ask for. One of the absolute highlights was the view from the balcony overlooking the lagoon. The blue color of the water was so dreamy and calming—I found myself starting and ending each day just taking it all in. The location was perfect. Just a short stroll to the beach, surrounded by grocery stores, restaurants, and shops, everything was within easy reach. And with a bus stop just 20 meters away, getting to Palma was incredibly convenient. All in all, this stay exceeded my expectations and left me with unforgettable memories. I would return in a heartbeat.

This was our first time to Mallorca. We were very happy with Azure Seabreeze. The apartment was very comfortable, clean and safe. The rooftop is private and offers an amazing view of the bay in Colonie Sant Jordie and Cabrera island. Street parking is easy and free. Karlien and Stefanie were very communicative and helpful and check in was simple and easy. The town is very walkable with many good restaurant choices just outside the apartment door on the beach. The location is very convenient to the rest of the southern towns along the coast - an easy drive. We highly recommend taking a boat to Cabrera for a day since you are right there. There is great swimming and snorkeling on Cabrera. Santanyi is a 30 minute drive and worth the trip as are the local cove beaches nearby. Go early so you can park (like 0900). We will be back and highly recommend Azure Seabreeze as a rental.

Die Wohnung war genau so wie auf den Bildern und die Aussicht ist einfach traumhaft. Von der Wohnung aus erreicht man Restaurants und Geschäfte schnell zu Fuß, auch ein paar Supermärkte sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Auto erreichbar. Der Check-In und Kontakt mit Nicole war sehr freundlich, immer schnell und hilfreich.

Tout été impeccable..très joli logement dans un quartier superbe...seul inconvénient l'ouverture de la porte...si vous n'êtes pas dans l'informatique ce n'est pas évident...mais il est vrai qu'il faut ce mettre a la page...merci pour fe bon séjour..

Schöne Wohnung mit traumhaften Ausblick. Der Balkon ist definitiv das Herzstück der Wohnung. Wir waren 4 Wochen dort und haben uns schnell eingelebt. Die Nähe zum Strand ist grandios. Schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Ein Mietwagen ist auf jeden Fall empfehlenswert. Wirklich toller Aufenthalt, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Alles top, mit mini-winzigen Abstrichen! Die Wohnung liegt direkt an der Shopping-Meile mit Shops und Restaurants, und dennoch kriegt man von dem Trubel nicht viel mit (April/Mai). Nach Norden ist man in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß an der Küste - und ein paar weitere Minuten später an einem riesigen Sandstrand! Im Süden ist man in 7-10 Minuten an der Hafenpromenade, mit einer riesigen Auswahl an Restaurants! Auch hier gibt es Fussläufig eine kleine Bucht mit Strand und Kristallklarem/Türkisblauem Wasser. Zu den kleinen Abstrichen: Die Wohnung liegt zwischen zwei Straßen, die längs verlaufende Abflussgitter haben - und jedes mal wenn ein Auto darüber fährt macht es „klack-klack“. Das war morgens ab und zu etwas nervig. Außerdem steht direkt neben der Wohnung ein Glascontainer, den man auch ab und zu gehört hat. Zu Beginn des Aufenthalts erwartet einen eine Mappe mit vielen vielen Regeln, die ich für überwiegend selbstverständlich halte - es hat sich jedoch etwas nach „erhobenem Zeigefinge

Michael en Vicky communiceren snel en vriendelijk, en zorgen ervoor dat alles in orde is bij aankomst en tijdens je verblijf. Het appartement heeft een geweldige tuin met heerlijk zwembad en is goed gelegen ten opzichte van allerlei strandjes, de haven, andere dorpjes. Het appartement zelf heeft alles wat je nodig hebt voor een fijn verblijf! Het enige minpunt was dat het matras en de kussens van het bed wat te zacht waren (maar is persoonlijk) en dat de ventilatie in de badkamer niet super goed werkte (bleef wat lang vochtig en muf na het douchen). Maar ik zou het zeker aanraden en kom graag nog eens terug!

INCREDIBLE LOCATION. We searched quite a bit to find the spot that was going to give us a relaxing atmosphere as well as access to restaurants & shops. This apartment is the perfect mix! Our boys (5 & 7) were easily able to walk to dinner each night but we were removed enough to make it feel relaxing when we wanted to go to bed. We loved the upper deck and hot tub! Keep in mind there are LOTS of stairs! The home could have had a few more amenities like cooking supplies (we like to cook our breakfast and at least a few meals in) and the kitchen was a bit small and lacking basic utensils and dishware, BUT it was not enough for me to not give this property a full 5 stars! I think that small addition would truly make this property perfect!) The host was wonderful and met us at 1am to check us in. Our flight in was so late and I felt awful for the late check in but she was so kind and promptly there for us when we arrived late with tired children. Great visit, Hope to come back one day!!

Wir hatten zu dritt sechs wunderbare Tage in dem Appartement. Besonders hervorzuheben die wundervolle große Terrasse direkt am Strand. Taxi und Bus fast vor der Tür, Supermärkte ebenfalls. Es war alles da, was wir brauchten. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder. Vielen Dank an David!

Matthias und Martin waren alle Zeit für uns erreichbar. Die Kommunikation vor Ort verlief problemlos. Der Check in war sehr flexibel und unkompliziert gestaltet. Parkmöglichkeiten vor Ort waren super. Die Küche war standardmäßig mit Gewürzen und Wasser ausgestattet. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockner standen vor Ort gegen kleines Entgelt zur Verfügung. Badezimmer war sehr sauber, Handtücher wurden vor Ort ausreichend bereit gestellt. Eine dritte Freundin besuchte uns zwischenzeitlich für einige Tage, auch dies abzuklären und zu organisieren war kein Problem. Der Pool und die Außenanlagen waren der Hammer. Martin gab uns zahlreiche Tipps für Restaurants im Dorf sowie Trip und Ausflugsziele in Palma sowie in allen Hinmelsrichtungen auf der Insel.

Il nostro soggiorno da Mirjam è stato oltre le aspettative. Comodo, confortevole, perfettamente attrezzato e con splendida vista mare. Esattamente come indicato nella descrizione e foto. Mirjam ci è stata di grande aiuto con informazioni dettagliate e consigli utili. Se torniamo a Mallorca, certamente torniamo da Mirjam.
