very well equipped apartment, very clean, with amazing views. Parking space is an undeniable bonus. The location makes it easy to radiate all over the island. We had a pleasant stay. Although the van was quite old and a bit noisy, it did its job very well and we managed to get around the whole island without a hitch. Andrei was very kind and helpful. We recommend it for an authentic adventure in Tenerife!

The best villa I have seen. The amount of space both inside and outside the villa meant that even as a family of 6 we had more than enough space for all of us. Having a private pool inside the villa as well as a communal pool was perfect as you have privacy when you want it, and can socialise when you feel like it also. The pools were all warm. The villa is walking distance to the beach, loads of restaurants, bars, even gyms and shopping centres. The villa is in a very peaceful location and you couldn’t hear the noise of bars etc in the evening. Every detail has been thought of in this villa, even down to wireless phone chargers and the TV having Disney plus, Netflix etc all free to use. We each had our own bathroom and shower as there is one with every room. The villa is truly stunning and incredibly high standard. The host Juan is so friendly and helpful, incredibly responsive and goes the extra mile for you. We are already looking at dates we can come back this year. Thank you Juan!

We have just returned from a week staying at this property. From initial enquiry - check out Ruth was very friendly , helpful and available if needed. Ahead of going we received clear video instructions for collecting the key / entering the property and information about the apartment itself. As well as links to local attractions/ restaurants. The apartment was in a quiet neighborhood with views of the mountain. It was a clean place with all the things you would need for a stay. Even little pots of olive oil which came in very handy ! The building has a lift which is very helpful especially with cases. Ruth recommended we took a taxi to the apartment as it's a bit hard going with cases. We took a bus and she was right it was a bit of a hill arriving but the bus stop is just a few mins away which is very convenient from the airport. It also was only 10-15 mins walk to the beach / shops and restaurants. We also particularly enjoyed the restaurant "k-vegan" which was local !

I've rented Nurias place with a group of friends, stayed there for 7 days and enjoyed every single one of them. It was clean, cozy, there was also an awesome grill and huge terrace upstairs on which we spent most of our evenings. It was a pleasure to talk with Nuria, she was really helpful and kind. I highly recommend this place :)

From the minute I paid for the booking and my initial contact with Julio, I must say Julio replied quickly & comprehensively to my messages👌 The apartment was perfect for my mother (82years old), she felt safe and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings, as well as access to the pool was so easy being on the same floor👌 For me the location was perfect to cycle from, secure area and a perfect base to discover the delights of the south of the island All in all a perfect 5 days for us both- Thank you very much Julio - we’ll be back🤩

The apartment is really a little piece of heaven. The exterior is very pleasant and allows you to relax and at the same time the center is very accessible. Martin is very friendly and available. Place is true to the photos, see more!

This place has an amazing view, and It is right in front of the “Los Gigantes” . There are restaurants and grocery stores nearby in walking distance. We experienced some difficulties finding street parking during weekends because host mentioned May is not as busy, so a parking in the building was not provided as indicated in the post. Another item is the shower drain is slow, despite trying to clean all the hairs. At the end of stay (starting 5th day), we do need to stop water a couple of times during each shower to prevent water overflow. If you are coming during peak seasons, pay attentions on these details.

I stayed at this apartment in Tenerife for 5 nights and had a great experience. The beds were really comfortable, which made for a good night’s sleep after busy days exploring. The location was perfect – close to everything we needed, with shops, restaurants, and the beach all within easy reach. One of the highlights was the massive pool – plenty of space to relax and never felt overcrowded. Overall, a great place to stay and I’d definitely recommend it!

We had a great stay. Ideal spot for playa del duque. Loved that we had sun loungers on the balcony with towels provided. No complaints! We would go back in a heartbeat! Thank you!

Andrey's place is a wonderful base for a holiday. Andrey was very helpful and responsive - we had a minor problem with lighting and Andrey came straight away to fix it which was amazing. The villa is clean, well equipped and a beautiful space to relax in with sea and sunset views. Shops and restaurants a short walk away but the neighbourhood is peaceful.

It was our first time to Tenerife, and we were lucky to have chosen Cristina as our host. Extremely responsive and always armed with good suggestions, she and her husband genuinely want their guests to discover Tenerife beyond the ordinary tourisme. The house itself is perfect for a family of 4, like us. Very very clean! Large dining room/kitchen downstairs, very well equiped (it has more stuff than I do at home!), cosy bedrooms upstairs, bunk beds for the kids and a huge bed for the main bedroom with a beautiful view over the sea and marina. The house is part of a larger compound with attached houses, pool and mini pool. It was very quiet during our stay on Easter vacation. There is a walking path just next to the complex, you can use it to run, to explore the nature (following Cristina’s suggestions) or simply to walk to the other side of the resort and go for a drink or dinner. Overall, great stay and great hosts, thank you again Cristina and Benigno!

We had a fantastic stay at this apartment in Tenerife! From the moment we arrived, our host Raluca was absolutely amazing — she warmly welcomed us, gave us a great tour of the amenities, and was always just a call away whenever we had questions or needed help. The apartment itself was super mega clean, which is something we really value and appreciate. The location couldn’t be better — just a short walk to plenty of restaurants and supermarkets, and the view from the balcony was simply breathtaking. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor pool. Since we visited during the low season, it often felt like we had a private pool all to ourselves — our kids absolutely loved it! The area is peaceful and quiet, perfect for a relaxing family holiday. We truly enjoyed every moment and would not hesitate to come back. Highly recommended!

Nice place in a central location. Everything is easily walkable. Apartment tidy and meets the description. Communication around in and out was smooth. The only thing that was unfortunate for us is that the sofa bed is actually not suitable for 2 adults and the bed on the second floor was much too hard, so we have had back problems all week.

An unforgettable experience in this beautiful house with breathtaking views of Los Gigantes. An excellent solution that combines relaxation and tranquility with the possibility of getting around by car to the most beautiful destinations in Tenerife. The house is a dream, having a wow view of the ocean and the cliffs of Los Gigantes. The pool, non-exclusive, also super appreciated! Super recommended!

We loved it. Apartment was stunning, modern and spotless. To be honest we spent most of our holiday on the stunning veranda, we didn't need to go anywhere else! We will definitely be back.

I had a fantastic stay in Tenerife! The apartment was just perfect — clean, stylish, and very comfortable with amazing view on the cliffs . It had everything I needed for a relaxing time, and the location was excellent — close to cafes, shops, and public transport, but still quiet and peaceful. A beautiful and stylishly designed apartment. Plenty of space, everything was clean. The kitchen was well-equipped—we didn’t miss anything (maybe just some small cups for a good espresso on the terrace :)). The host was very kind and helpful. We even got an extra duvet because it’s sometimes "complicated" for us to sleep under just one. :) Unfortunately, the internet wasn’t working for a few days, but it was eventually resolved. Parking is relatively good, though sometimes you have to walk a little. The nearby restaurants and shops are great. The noise from the pool was minimal—just a typical holiday vibe. In the evening it was totally quiet. Thank you, we had a very pleasant stay!
