This place is really beautiful. Huge. Dream house. GREAT yard and pool. Each bedroom is very nice though all the beds are quite firm/hard (good if that’s your thing). The added guesthouse gives extra privacy. The kitchen is the most well stocked Airbnb kitchen I have been in. Communication with host was pretty good. I did ask a question and never heard back but it was largely inconsequential. We had a little hiccup at check in but the host corrected it immediately, which was appreciated. I highly recommend this place. I would stay again for sure.

Loved this beautiful property! My sister, dad and, I decided to go on a road trip to the desert to visit family and we chose this property to stay at. it is just like the pictures! The only difference is the pictures don't even do it justice. Beds were extremely comfy and the linens and towels were clean. The whole place was extremely clean. I walked around barefoot the whole time and my feet were spotless. Annette and John were very responsive and so so helpful with any questions or issues we had. My family and I are already planning another trip for next year but for at LEAST a week at this gorgeous property.

This house was incredible. It is as beautiful in person as in the pictures. The pool was pristine and perfect to swim in e dry evening as the day cooled down. We appreciated all of the recommendations for local shops and restaurants. The hosts were responsive to all of our questions within minutes. If you’re planning a trip to Joshua Tree and want to stay nearby, book this place. You will not be disappointed!

As always, this condo has met our expectations over and beyond. We've stayed here numerous times and will continue to do so hopefully - it is clean, spacious, is accurately advertised and described, and is extremely comfortable. It is very conveniently close to retail and grocery stores, movie theatre and plenty of restaurants. Lastly, there are plenty of nearby pools to choose from in the neighborhood. I rate our stay a 4.7. Great house. Pool much smaller than the pictures but was perfect for the 2 grand kids. House is a little dated but well kept. TVs’s in the rooms didn’t work or I was doing something wrong but one room TV stated upgrade needed. If you want privacy, this is a good place to stay but if you want restaurants nearby walking distance, this is not the place to stay. Restaurants for a minimum 10 to 15 minutes away which is no big deal. Thanks John You’re a great host. We look forward to seeing one of your places again thank you again

Host: Communicative, honest, understanding, polite, considerate, went above and beyond with personal touches, amazingly personable. Property: VERY clean, spacious, in a convenient and safe location, well equipped with kitchen and pool equipments and luxurious. Alison was very amazing to communicate with from the beginning to the end. I left something at her place and realized it only a day after. Between contacting her and picking up what I left behind took no more than 30 minutes. It’s also one of the cleanest place I’ve stayed in recent years. Her team and her does a great job at maintaining the house. Thank you so much Alison and I hope to be able to book with you again!

We were blown away by Fabrizio’s slice of paradise!!!! Every corner of every room has been carefully styled and considered. Inside the property this MCM home boasts amazing decor, artwork and amenities. Outside can only be described as a private oasis to relax and unwind. I have always wanted to visit Palm Springs to experience the architecture and culture. Fabrizio’s home offers a perfect place to use as a base. We loved it so much we found ourselves wanting to get back to the house when we went out to explore. Our host offered great recommendations for brunch, dinner and drinks. We visited the farm and enjoyed their breakfast menu. We also took advantage of an audio tour whilst visiting which took us to the homes of the stars and gave us other interesting insights. Needless to say we will most definitely be returning. I can’t wait to come back when our children come to visit from the UK!!

We had an incredible month at Morgan’s house in La Quinta cover. Surrounded by the mountains but completely private with the perfectly manicured landscaping. The yard is a dream! Huge lawn with a gorgeous pool and spa perfect situated to watch the sunset every evening. We spent most of our time out there hanging out, playing games, grilling, etc. The house is as described with an open and well stocked kitchen, two full baths and three bedrooms. Having two king beds is so nice when you have two couples and the two twin bedroom was perfect for the kids and had space for the crib - which was provided. The location in proximity to pickleball courts, downtown La Quinta and all of your basic needs was ideal. We’ve already got plans to rebook!

Our family had a truly wonderful stay at this historic Airbnb in Palm Springs. From the moment we arrived, we could feel the charm and character of the home—it’s not every day you get to stay in a place with such rich history. The attention to detail in preserving the original architecture while offering modern comforts made it a really unique and memorable experience for all of us. It was like stepping back in time, but with all the conveniences we needed. What made it even better was how family-friendly the home was. There was plenty of space for everyone to relax, and the layout made it easy to spend quality time together. The host clearly put thought into making the home welcoming for guests of all ages. We enjoyed every minute of our stay so much that we didn’t hesitate to book another trip back. We’re already looking forward to returning and making more memories in this special place!

We had an incredible weekend at this mid-century modern gem in Palm Springs. From the moment we arrived, everything felt thoughtfully designed and immaculately maintained. The architecture is classic yet timeless, with clean lines, open spaces, and just the right touch of retro charm. The outdoor space was our favorite part. We spent time lounging by the pool with mountain views, sipping coffee under the palms, and enjoying quiet evenings as the sun set over the desert. Every room was beautifully styled and fully equipped, making it feel like a boutique hotel with the comfort of home. It was the perfect place to unwind, celebrate our Anniversary, my wife’s first Mother’s Day, soak in everything Palm Springs has to offer. I highly recommend this stay for anyone looking for a stylish and peaceful desert getaway.

This was such a great place to stay. A stylish, well equipped & well loved home in a really special location. Highly recommended. The only downside for us was the full moon that spoiled the star gazing!

Our family had a wonderful time in Palm Springs. The Popsicle House had everything we needed. We appreciate how well stocked the kitchen was. The pool and outside area was exactly what we expected. Location was in a very quiet area and private. We look forward to coming back!

Kai's home is beautiful and very comfortable. The backyard is incredible, with the pool, hot tub, and multiple seating options. I loved the fenced-in back yard for my two dogs, they had a great time roaming around, and I didn't have to worry about them wandering off. I was most appreciative of the peace and quiet I enjoyed for the whole week. Downtown activities are a short 10-15 minute drive, and the awesome Palm Springs Air Museum is also close-by and well worth a visit. Beds are very comfortable and the bathrooms are clean and up-to-date. All the appliances worked very well. I hope to return again soon.

Remarkable, secluded, serene, a true hidden oasis is what comes to mind when describing Tim's place. Beautifully appointed house that is a perfect representation of that mid century modern Palm Springs style. The floor to ceiling windows over looking the pool and backyard surrounded by 20 ft plants and trees make it feel like a secret hideaway only you know about and get to enjoy. If the property wasn't enough Tim's hospitality and thoughtfulness, truly making us feel welcome and special was greatly appreciated and praiseworthy. We will be back soon.

House was great, clean and easy to find everything. Pool was the perfect temperature. Host Jason was very responsive and helpful. Answered all questions in a timely manner. Definitely want to stay here again.
