Apartment vacation rentals in Palm Desert

This place is really spacious, and the furniture is super comfortable. I have bad back issues so I have to bring a memory foam topper for mattresses (unless the mattress itself is memory foam), but my husband slept really well on both beds without any extra padding. I would recommend this place to friends for sure.

Aimee is an excellent host! Communicative, helpful, thoughtful and her place is as described. I especially appreciated the super clean spaces and towels/linens. The bed was comfortable and kitchen well stocked! Highly recommend for a comfortable desert getaway!

Great Location. We stayed here for Coachella and it was perfect! The room sits on a golf course with grass and water features around. It is quiet, clean and very comfortable. And there is a pool, bar and cafe right on property. The Coachella Shuttle stops on the property and makes getting to and from the festival seamless. And you are 20 minutes away from nearly everything else you could possible want to see/do in the Palm Springs/Palm Desert area. 100% would stay here again!

Susan’s place in the Palm Springs area was a fantastic haven for our week-long stay. The spacious village offered a room, living areas, ample storage, a fully equipped kitchen, and a wonderful view of the resort’s interiors. The resort provided a plethora of daily activities, and I received daily notifications about them. The location was simply ideal, conveniently situated near various desert cities like Palm Desert, Palm Springs, Indio, Indian Wells, etc. Susan’s exceptional communication ensured a seamless check-in process. I highly recommend this place for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely stay here in a future visit to the area.

SAFE, CLEAN, Quiet & SLEEPS GREAT. As a solo female traveler, safety is my first concern. I was between work conferences, and Nathalie's casita was the perfect affordable place to stay near Palm Springs. It is SO CLEAN and well stocked. The linens and bedding are high quality, and the bed is fantastic. The extra touches made me feel like I was staying with friends (without the obligation of speaking to anyone!) I did not use the pool but enjoyed reading a book poolside. I walked in the neighborhood for exercise and to the local Juice Bar and grocery store. There are a few restaurant options within walking distance, and I always felt safe. It's a short Uber to downtown Palm Springs and the Tram (buy tickets in advance; it fills up!) My favorite things were the oversized tile shower with rainfall shower, the comfy bed, linens, and towels. Equal or better than Marriott. The entry and exit instructions and Nathalie's good communication are excellent. This is a place to return to again.

This was the perfect spot for our two-night stay—comfortable, convenient, and exactly what we needed. Jessica was incredibly helpful and stayed in touch throughout our visit. Thanks again for a great experience!

Perfect place to stay in the heart of Palm Springs. The host was great and responsive. The room was clean, nice and very well put together. Plenty of space and the outdoor area is very well kept as well. Highly recommend if you stay in Palm Springs.

We had an amazing stay with nothing more to ask for! The unit is equipped with pretty much all one could need. The area is quiet and easy to navigate. The views are phenomenal.

Had such a wonderful time here, though it was definitely too short! It has everything you need to have a relaxing and fun stay. I loved that I was able to bring my cat with me. Everything is made so simple with all the clear information there’s nothing to stress about!

This condo was beautiful and made our stat fabulous. The views outside of the lake and palm trees on the golf course were spectacular and the condo itself was well maintained, fully stocked and very comfortable. The gated community was easy to find and navigate and the pools were great. What you see is what you get and I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Palm Springs in the future.

This was our 4th visit to Legacy Villas and we were once again, not disappointed. Our listing was exactly as we expected and we were very happy about the cleanliness and quality of the rooms. We love staying here and the service of CA Vacation Villas. We're definitely coming back!

Great place! Having the washer/dryer was a life saver with the heat and having to wash my clothes to make it through the trip. The kitchen was stocked very well and even had some spices/oils/sauces so I didn’t have to buy absolutely everything. My only criticism if you could even call it that was that the shower head sprayed a little wonky. Overall I would ABSOLUTELY stay again!

I have been to the resort every year for the past five years and this was my first time doing an ABNB. It was cheaper and in a great spot. The one drawback was that you don't have access to the main pool right next to you. Luckily I had family that went the actual resort route, so I was able to use their key card. Highly recommend.

The place was exactly as it looked in the pictures. Perfect quiet spot with a great view of the windmills.

I stayed at this cute one-bedroom studio for Coachella, and it was just what we needed! It was a bit small, but it had all the essentials. The location was awesome and right in a beautiful community and super close to the festival, which was perfect for us. The only downside was that if we left the bedroom door open, it got a little bit noisy with the people staying next door, but it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it was a great spot, and I’d totally recommend it and would stay here again!

Great listing! Very spatious & comfortable for family of 5. Clean, updated with Smart TV, well supplied kitchen for dining in & conveniently adjacent to clubhouse, mainpool or an additional lap pool. We had an issue with the patio door on one night but both CVV & host were prompt to respond which we appreciated. Friendly staff and great customer service.

The studio looks like the photos. The bed was comfortable. The patio was fabulous. There is a small refrigerator and microwave in addition to a toaster and coffee machine. As a heads up the studio connects to the unit next door and if occupied and the tenants are loud, they can be easily heard in the studio due to the connecting door. The pools and fitness center were great. I would recommend staying in the studio and rent it again.
