Vacation rentals with a fire pit in Pallivasal

As families, our kids enjoyed a lot . Had Home like feel during the stay. Con's- There was no power throughout the stay. No mobile signal for airtel users. Climate and hospitality was great. Definitely will plan another trip within this year.

I stayed in a stunning home with a breathtaking mountain view and beautifully designed interiors.

Ajesh sir is a wonderful host. Maps was giving the wrong directions to the Farm Stay (showing a short-cut route), we called Ajaesh sir, and he came to the place where we got stuck and guided us to the place. We booked two cottages, they were very well maintained, they are in the middle of the Plantation and the view is awesome. We spent more time taking Pictures. Ajesh Sir served us a delicious Kerala Appam breakfast. we definitely recommend this place. It's like living close to Nature, birds sound, cool breeze, waterfall sound.. a perfect place!

The place is really beautiful and peaceful, perfect for friends and family trips, very helpful and responsive caretaker. Arranged local food according to our preferences, arranged a jeep for local sightseeing. Overall it was an amazing experience.

Roads were fabulous and the property is right by the roadside. space to spare even after parking two cars. A small kids play area and a glass floored open balcony with a mountain and sunrise view. the bar also was very scenic

The place is beautiful, in the middle of a farm and feels really close to nature. Antony was really helpful with instructions to reach. Such a beautiful experience staying there

This place is a beutiful ancestral home converted into homestay right in the middle of hilly farms away from city noises. To top that the place is clean,cozy and has a small car parking shade and if needed you can use kitchen. The entire homestay of 2 bedrooms is given to a single group so make sure you are 4 or more to enjoy it to fullest. There are no market nerby so make sure you have your necessity with you before check in . Subin is a very friendly guy and will help you with food orders and local sightseeing,safari bookings.If you are interested he will show around farm and variety of spices. Important point: home stay being in hills is bit tricky drive last 1.5km with steep ascent and descent. Please always take Subin's help to cover this distance. Make sure your car breaks and tyres are in good condition. If not request him for alternate parking in the village. Overall recommended homestay with great host.

Nestled amidst breathtaking natural beauty, the cottage offered a tranquil escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The highlight of my stay was undoubtedly the picturesque view of the river right in front of the room.The water was not only refreshing but also perfectly complemented the surrounding nature's ambiance. Moreover, I was thoroughly impressed by the impeccable arrangement and coordination of the property. From the cozy interiors of the cottage to the well-maintained surroundings, every aspect of the property exuded warmth and hospitality. My stay at this beautiful cottage was truly amazing, thanks to its idyllic location, refreshing riverfront experience, and impeccable property arrangement. I highly recommend this retreat to anyone seeking a peaceful getaway amidst nature’s embrace….

Good Stay.

I will book this place again and again without a doubt. Great Hospitality by Abhilash and Gokul, made us feel at home. They went out of their way to make us comfortable in all ways. Extremely beautiful place. Hosts have built an amazing cozy space for visitors and the surroundings are equally beautiful. This was the most peaceful place i stayed in Kerela. Campfire and barbecue were cherry on the cake. Me and my friends throughly enjoyed the stay! I will come back soon 🥳

The caretakers were very good, helpful, and responsive. The images are from the actual place only, but maybe taken a few years earlier coz images show only tea garden around the place. However, in reality, there are other cottages around with tea plantations in between the buildings. Overall, the stay was perfect for my family.

This is a beautiful cozy and peaceful place, there is also an incredible terrace with a view over the landscape. The house is 100% clean, comfortable and calm. Highly recommended as a stop to have some relax between all your Indian adventures;) as we came here- we understood, how important this was for us. Vismaya and the whole family are SO friendly, open, caring. They saluted us with fresh coconuts:), teached us cooking Ayurvedic dishes, organised many sightseeing trips around. We are very grateful. Thank you!

This is a truly remarkable construction, a western touch, the best A Frame cottage we have found, and with 5 star amenities. I was here with my son and three other friends, they were very accommodating and friendly, and the bon fire at night was a nice touch. The management is top notch, and food was delightful, definitely worth trying out, as it’s a unique experience!

Awesome and beautiful place to stay away from the hustle and bustle of the city life.Extremely helpful hosts yummy food and peaceful location.Couldnt ask for something more than what we got.Should definitely stay here which is offbeat rather than the regular Kodaikanal stays. There's no wifi in the location around but that's okay.Had walked upto poondi from here and back which is going to be an everlasting memory for us.

Highly recommended! The location is in vattavada and to find out the place was not difficult, but the host made it easier with constant communication. The way they were communicating, proactively giving suggestions, helping out, coming with us for a walk around the locality etc made me feel like home.
