Au pied de la résidence, pas de route, seulement une piste cyclable, réveil au chant des oiseaux , l'endroit est très calme. Le logement est au dernier étage avec ascenseur et donne sur la cime des platanes, effet apaisant immédiat ! Toutes les commodités sont accessibles à pied (marché, boutiques, restaurants...)
