Come enjoy and relax in my cozy duplex penthouse overlooking Vielha and its spectacular mountains. It is located 8 minutes from Vielha on foot and 2 minutes by car. The penthouse does not have parking, although it is easy to park for free in the surrounding area. The apartment is very bright, has two bedrooms with a full bathroom each, an equipped kitchen, a dining room with a sofa bed and a wood-burning fireplace. It is a very quiet area, as the house only consists of two floors. It has Wi-Fi.

An apartment located in the old barn of a farmhouse from 1873. Pau and Wafa live and host in the same house. Cozy and family atmosphere. Situated in a small village in the northwest of Catalonia, at the foot of the Montsec mountains, Pre-Pyrenees. 1h30min drive from Barcelona, and two minutes from Artesa de Segre, where you can find everything you need for shopping. Rustic experience, ideal for disconnecting from the city and spending time in contact with the countryside and nature.

Beautiful barn in a valley & river

The barn has a living room with a black kitchen, a bedroom with a double bed, a loft with two beds, and a sofa bed in the living room. It also has a double shower with a window to admire nature while showering. Fireplace, swimming pool, and river. And an environment with a monumental complex formed by a Romanesque church with a crypt, a modernist cemetery and an Iberian village 5 minutes away. Spectacular! 5 minutes from a rural restaurant and 10 minutes from the town/city.

The Señoricas Room

Recently restored en-suite unique space in a 16th century house with an independent access. In the entrance is a small sitting area leading into the bedroom with a balcony opening to the valley and a fully equipped bathroom (including bathtub in the room). Access to the roof terrace with fantastic views is available from the main staircase. The house is located in a small village of medieval origin in the foothills of the pre-pyrenees, close to many tourist sites.

Enjoy the small cottage "Escola de Pallerols" with your partner or family. The house is an old school surrounded by natural scenery and signposted trails with unbeatable views. You can also enjoy good times by the fireplace in the cold season (we leave the firewood for you) The house can accommodate up to 4 guests. The Borda de Costuix is located in the middle of the mountain, 4 km from Àreu, and at an altitude of 1723 meters. Accommodation located at 1870m. Tranquility, silence and disconnection. Access by the company with 4x4, buggy or snowmobile. Not suitable for people with low physical fitness. Access to the house is by snowshoe in winter and on foot in summer. The descent is about 10 minutes and the ascent about 25 minutes also on foot with a difference in level of 150 meters. The access to the house is not simple.
