1 km from Luchon, in the heart of the small pastoral village of Montauban-de-Luchon, 76 m2 renovated "mountain spirit" all-wood barn, with 35 m2 living room open to the century-old chestnut tree and the Superbagnères mountains. Can Comella

Can Comella is integrated into the urban fabric of the town of Gavarra, a town that in the mid-twentieth century was linked to the municipality of Coll de Nargó. Until the beginning of the last century the house was inhabited. Despite its small size, the building's original construction elements make Can Comella a valuable example of the area's traditional architecture.

Castellbò is placed within a valley, in the Pyrenees mountain range. Its a small, calmed village, close to ski resort Sant Joan de L’Erm, with two well-reviewed local restaurants. Most of their habitants are farmers. Castellbò is at 10 min drive from La Seu d’Urgell and 25 min drive from Andorra.

This house is a former flour mill over 200 years old, restored in an ecologically friendly and self-sustaining way, and is accessed via a 1-km dirt track. It is located in the Boixols Valley, in the Catalan pre Pyrenees, next to the Boumort Nature Reserve.
