Completed in 2014, our cottage is located in Paljakka, close to ski trails and mountain biking trails. The cottage's facilities are located on two floors. The glass railed terrace, which is the width of the entire cabin, gives you the opportunity to sense the peace of nature in both winter and summer. In the yard there is a wood storage, a campfire site and a hot tub. A lot to use from April to October, for a separate fee. Pets are prohibited. Distances: Tourist center in Ukkoha 26 km. Shops: Puolanka center 30 km and Ristijärvi 26 km.

Ukkohalla, one of the four villas of the new holiday village on the shore of Lake Syväjärvi, near the ski slopes. The lake, northern lights and slopes open directly from the large windows. Lapland is full, come to Kainuu! On a sunny, forested plot in Kajaani, an atmospheric 6-person cottage with a wonderful wood-heated beach sauna. The sun shines on the cottage beach late into the evening. The beach sauna is located right on the water and the cottage itself is a little higher up on the plot. Inside the cottage, running water, indoor toilet and shower bring a little luxury to your stay. The cottage is equipped with a covered large terrace with views through the forest to the back of the lake.

Linens, towels and final cleaning are included. The apartment is about three kilometers from the center of Kajaani towards the airport.

Ski slopes and sledding tracks 150m away. Not suitable for people with reduced mobility. The reason is the steep stairs leading downstairs.
