Spyros is a wonderful host who has made the house a home with lovely attention to detail. There was a fabulous view from the house, the rooms were comfortable and everything was fully usable. We felt at home right away, and would struggle to find anything that could be improved! thankyou Spyros, we will definitely return to your house next time we visit Puglia

Gospodarz bardzo pomocny i przyjazny, zostawiliśmy drogocenne rzeczy w domku, gospodarz od razu podjął działanie chcąc nam pomóc w odesłaniu rzeczy, bardzo polecam, przyjazna atmosfera, piękny dom, na żywo nawet piękniej niż na zdjęciach. Pełne wyposażenie,łatwy dojazd, do centrum autem zaledwie 8 minut, jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i polecamy z całego serca ❤️❤️❤️

Giuseppe ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber und das Haus war sehr schön. Perfekt für einen Urlaub mit Hund. Großer eingezäunter Garten mit leckeren Früchten zum naschen. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine riesige Schale voller Obst und Wasser. Giuseppe gibt viele Tipps für Restaurants und Ausflüge... Absolut empfehlenswert.

Beautifull villa with a beautufull view. comfy rooms and nice annex if you have a toddler that you dont want disturbing the other guests.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Carmela et son mari. nous avons été très bien accueillis (merci pour la focaccia et tout le reste, c'était délicieux). la villa est magnifique, perdue au milieu des cerisiers, c’était très reposant. c'est un bon point de départ pour visiter les alentours. il y avait tout le nécessaire, tout était propre et bien rangé. nous avons eu un problème avec la machine a café et elle a été remplacée des le lendemain (avec café et donuts en supplément, merci). les conseils ont été précieux. je recommande a 200%. un grand merci a Carmela et Francesco, de formidables hôtes 😊

Filippo was an excellent host. He collected us at the airport, for a fee of €20. The house was as described in the photographs, spacious and airy and very clean. A car would have been an advantage as the local shop was a 20 minute walk and the local train station also a 20 minute walk. We visited Matera, we took the route 33 local bus ( 200 m walk), to the airport and got a bus from the airport to Matera. Trani is well worth a visit on the train. We had a very nice local meal in Cocianas Ristopub which is a short walk from the house. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay in Bari Palese and would highly recommend a stay in Filippo‘s Villa.

Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Woche in Bari/Santo Spirito. Das Haus ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Auto vom Flughafen entfernt und bietet dank der Mauer ums Grundstück viel Privatsphäre. Der Garten ist liebevoll angelgt und hat viele Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man ihn immer wieder neu genießen kann. Der Kicker und die zahlreichen Spielzeuge waren prima für die Kinder. Enzo ist ein toller Gastgeber! Sehr sympathisch und an uns als Gästen interessiert. Er begrüßte uns mit vielen Leckerein, gab uns wertvolle Ausflugstipps und half uns sofort, als die Klimaanlage einen Defekt hatte. Ein schöner Ort zum Entspannen, Familienzeit zu genießen und super Ausgangspunkt, um Apulien zu erkunden. Gerne wieder. 😀

An absolutely beautiful holiday home for a very peaceful stay in Puglia. It’s close enough to walk to Polignano a Mare (which is stunning and has great restaurants) though only if you’re okay walking ~30mins. There are tuktuks in town to take you back. It’s very close to the marina (<5min walk) so perfect for taking a boat tour of the local coast line which I highly recommend. There is a rocky beach nearby for getting in the sea but not a lot of room for laying out all day. Highly recommend a rental car if you wanna get the most out of the location. Tony is the owner and looked after the pool. He was incredible and highly responsive, even though he pays the agency to look after the place, he was very hands on. Really glad too because the agency contact was not very helpful. He even came to sort out a power outage very quickly one night and drove us to the train station on our last day! All in all, a beautiful property in a beautiful place.

Absolut amazing villa ! Big garden, perfect for a group of Friends or a family

We loved our stay at Paul’s place. It looked exactly like the pictures and had all the amenities we were looking for. It was a great area to stay, because there were so many beautiful surrounding towns that we could go to explore for the day. Paul was very responsive to any questions and also offered suggestions of things to do and places to eat. It is in a secluded area, very private and peaceful, so you would definitely need a car. Highly recommend!! We’d go back in a heartbeat

Het huis en de trulli's waren gewoonweg fantastisch. Mooi, tot in de puntjes verzorgd en een zeer rustige locatie. De buitenkeuken maakt het zeker in de zomerperiode de moeite waard! Het zwembad met buitendouche is ideaal voor een afkoelende duik. Het enige wat we konden vaststellen is dat het aantal koffietassen mag bijgevuld worden, maar dat is zeker niet onoverkomelijk :). We zijn bij aankomst goed ontvangen, met de nodige uitleg en het was makkelijk om af te spreken. We voelden ons onmiddellijk thuis en hebben dan ook een heel fijne tijd gehad, een aanrader!

What a lovely stay in this beautiful villa. Where there is everything you could possibly need. Very beautiful region where there is plenty to do. We had the rented cars delivered and picked up at this villa, which was very convenient. The villa and the pool, garden and terraces are exceptionally well maintained and clean. Exceptionally flexible host who was always able to pass on the best tips for the stay, transport, restaurants, day trips etc. Everything was very well organised. And Giulio is always available. Enjoy and relax without worries! I definitely recommend it to you.

We had a wonderful stay at Olga Myriam's villa. She & her husband were so sweet to welcome us with plenty of fresh fruits, home- made bread, italian biscuit... The villa is so spacious with a swimming pool, football pitch and an olive garden. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for your cooking. The location is ideal for exploring Puglia,. One important note, if you use google map to reach the villa, remember to search "Mina Villa", it will lead you to Olga's villa exactly, don't use the address on the listing. Highly recommended!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve avec mes 4 grands enfants. Tous est bien pensé dans cette maison. Nous étions 10 (5 couples). La maison est idéale pour 4 couples car il y a 4 chambres. le Canapé lit 1 place et un petit lit supplémentaire sont un peu spartiate pour le cinquième couple. Stefania est très réactive à toutes demandes. Le jardin et la piscine sont magnifiques Merci encore Stefania nous espérons pouvoir revenir

La villa di Caterina e Roberto è davvero bellissima. E' tutto perfetto! Il giardino è curatissimo e la piscina uno spettacolo. La posizione della casa è molto comoda! Super consigliati!!!!

Villa très agréable. Idéalement situé ce qui nous a permis de visiter les principaux intérêts touristiques des Pouilles. L'extérieur: piscine et terrasse sont très agréables. Beaucoup d'espace. La maison est assez spacieuse. Bémol de la location pour les personnes souhaitant cuisiner est le manque d'équipement: pas de four micro-onde, pas de lave vaisselle, pas de bol, pas de plat pour le four. Problème de chasse d'eau qui fonctionne mal et engendre beaucoup de bruit. Un plombier est venu mais cela n'a pas solutionné le problème. Je recommande cette location qui est vraiment agréable.

Our host Gianvito was totally awesome person extremely helpful and very knowledgeable about by the town He suggested every single restaurant we went to and every one of was a 10 The property is beautiful very well maintain very comfortable and clean. Must definitely be back. Thank you so much for making our family feel so comfortable

Un petit coin de paradis paisible à cassano la maison est un peu à l écart ce qui fait que l endroit est calme (sauf en période de fêtes ou il y a quelques feux d artifices,ce qui ne nous a pas du tout dérangé) et à cassano il y a tout ce qu il faut, supermarché, pharmacie, laverie, stations essence et restaurants le tout accessible en voiture. Quand à Manuela, un accueil parfait avec les explications des différentes dépendances, parle un très bon français ce qui nous a beaucoup aidé ^^ et qui nous a d'ailleurs conseillé sur la plupart de nos visites et nous la remercions de ces précieux conseils ! En bref un séjour magnifique dans un lieu propre, avec beaucoup de charme, accessible facilement en voiture, qui facilite l'échange et le partage ! Merci Manuela :)

Struttura eccellente, perfettamente conforme a quanto descritto. Host precisissimo, sempre disponibile e proattivo ad ogni richiesta. Abbiamo avuto tanti consigli utili e la struttura trasmette una sensazione di relax fantastica. Ottima anche la sicurezza, io residence è controllato h24. Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Our family of 6 had an amazing week at Julian's house. We loved the location near so many towns with great restaurants and beaches. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. The patio and pool area was perfect and even nicer at night with all the lighting. Darren is great and very communicative. We wish we could have stayed a month!

We had a lovely time at Torre Nuova. The villa is absolutely beautiful. There is plenty of outdoor space. The pool is excellent, having its full separate bathroom, fridge freezer and music connectivity for sunny days by the pool. The outdoor seating area was perfect for the family, the induction hob was useful for evening meals with beautiful night lighting. The bedrooms are stunning and extremely cool with the white washed brickwork, very comfortable beds. The villa is spotless!! I would highly recommend this property for a quiet holiday away from it all. We wish we stayed longer! Your own transport is definitely required, but the roads are very easy to navigate and local supermarkets only a 4 minute drive! Thank you to our Host Paulo who was responsive with all messages and questions we had! You may see us again!! Thank you We Puglia ☀️

We hebben genoten van het verblijf bij Maria Chiara! Het is een heerlijk stijlvol ingericht huis, met alle faciliteiten. Rustige omgeving, auto is vereist. Veel te zien in omgeving, het meeste op 20 minuten afstand rijden. Prachtige omgeving We waren met zes volwassenen en hadden voldoende ruimte De gastvrouw was erg behulpzaam en goed bereikbaar. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar.

Hermoso el lugar y la tranquilidad que se siente es única no hay nada de ruido. Raffaele es una persona muy amable y atenta. ¡volvería a hospedarme aquí!
