Public Transport: Bus stop to and from the city centre on the same block. Train station: 11 minutes on foot. Supermarkets, shops, pizzerias, restaurants, ice cream shops, etc. all within easy walking distance. It's not a B&B, it's a private flat at back of the house where my family and I live (according to Italian law: short term rental).
