Vacation rentals in Paleopoli

The villa we stayed (Paleokastro) in was just perfect. Lovely and peaceful view of the lush garden and sea in the distance from a spacious veranda. Zhulieta who manages the property could not have been more helpful with local recommendations and her cheerful personality added to us feeling welcome. The unit is fully equipped and they provided us with a welcome package of cake, coffee pods, wine and apricots from the garden. The Cocomat bedding was excellent for a good nights sleep. Well located to explore the island and close to the beach and dining options in Avlemonas. We highly recommend this for a wonderful stay in charming Kythira.

Το σπίτι είναι ανακαινισμένο, ταυτόχρονα διατηρεί ένα παραδοσιακό στυλ. Οι χώροι είναι άνετοι, καθαροί και περιποιημένοι. Η διαμονή είναι άνετη για 7 άτομα. Ο εξοπλισμός του σπιτιού (συσκευές, κλινοσκεπάσματα, κλπ.) είναι πλήρης. Η αυλή του σπιτιού είναι εξαιρετική. Το σπίτι βρίσκεται σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο χωριό Ποταμός. Η γειτονιά του σπιτιού είναι ήσυχη και φιλόξενη. Ο Ζαχαρίας ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετικός, φιλόξενος και διαθέσιμος, ότι χρειαστήκαμε το είχαμε.

Raffinato appartamento arredato con molto gusto , accogliente e dotato di ogni confort.Location suggestiva e di atmosfera. La host mette a disposizione degli ospiti un "welcome kit" molto abbondante e generoso. Grazie Evi dell'ottima accoglienza!! Speriamo di tornare!!

Όλα όσα είδαμε στην σελιδα ανταποκρινονται σε αυτό που βρήκαμε φτανοντας. Ο Γιώργος ήταν πολύ φιλικός μας έδωσε αρκετές προτάσεις για το νησι, το δωματιο ήταν εξαιρετικό , καθαρό και ησυχο. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Absolutely loved staying in this charming apartment. I kept extending to eventually stay for two weeks. Valentini was extremely accommodating and understanding that I didn’t want to leave :) Beautiful architectural features, minimal interior design and colour palette all make for a very calm and enjoyable space. Everything was perfectly clean and curated, Olivia amenities and coco mat bedding. Fans keep everything cool and breezy in summer heat. The kitchen has everything you need. Can cook whilst overlooking terracotta rooftops. The bathroom is a lovely large space with the best filtered shower head. Parking is extremely easy in the square. You’ll of course need a car on Kythira to drive to beaches and restaurants and towns. Would very much love to stay again.

Ο χώρος είναι εξαιρετικός, τρομερής τοπικης παραδοσιακής αρχιτεκτονικής με πολύ ωραια εσωτερική διακόσμηση και πλήρως εξοπλισμένος όπως ακριβώς απεικονίζεται και στις φωτογραφίες. Επίσης ιδιαίτερα καθαρός με ωραίο μπαλκόνι. Η τοποθεσία ειναι πολυ βολική καθώς τα Αρωνιάδικα είναι στη μέση του νησιού και οι αποστάσεις μοιράζονται. Η Μαρίνα είναι πολυ ευγενική και μας βοήθησε πολύ με τις προτάσεις της και για οτιδήποτε χρειαστήκαμε. Πολύ ωραίο ηταν επίσης το καλωσόρισμα καθώς στο ψυγείο μας περίμεναν κρύα νερά, σπιτικές μαρμελάδες, υλικά για τοστ, αναψυκτικά και τοπικά παξιμάδια! Φεύγοντας μας έδωσε και το δωράκι μας που ηταν Κυθηραϊκό λάδι και φατουράδα (τοπικό λικέρ)!!!

The beach house is absolutely beautiful and the location couldn't be any better! We were 2 adults 3 children (under 6) the house allowed enough room with the back yard to not feel to small. The back yard is massive with space to sit, BBQ and for the kids to play. The only thing I would like to say is that all of the rooms are completely separate with their own external doors. This meant we had to split and sleep in separate rooms with the children to avoid them escaping. The beach is perfect and the only sandy one on the island. The sea is shallow and wave free for the kids to play all day long. We loved it and there is nothing that even comes close to it on the island Thank you!

Lovely and spacious home, with a quirky interior in a quiet village in Kythira. The house is off the beaten track, but in a great location for driving around as it's right in the middle of the island. Great outdoor space, perfect for relaxing after a day exploring.Konstantina is a fab host, so attentive and full of tips and ideas to help you make the most of your trip. Would definitely recommend.
