Based on the small island of Kalamos, built out of stone with wooden floors, the house is bright and has amazing views to the Ionian Sea. It has two separate rooms on the top floor, while the kitchen and bathroom are on the ground floor. The kitchen is spacious with an additional bed therein. Internet is fast & reliable (Starlink). Fresh water is provided all year around from the natural spring up in the mountain. The house is surrounded by olive trees and is perfect for couples and families.

Country House Hortensia

Country House Hortensia is set in a fenced four-acre green estate. The stone residence is built on a hillside and its private beach is only 50 meters away from it. Outside there is a large barbeque that can meet the needs of every visitor. Up to 6 people can be accommodated inside the house. The large bedroom has a double size bed and in the living room there are 2 polyform sofas that can be used as beds. If someone wants to visit the nearby beaches or go fishing they can use our small boat.

The villa has its own access road with gate. The ground floor has a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room table for 8 people, a living room with fireplace and a guest toilet. On the ground floor, there are 2 bedrooms and a bathroom with a bathtub. Via a staircase upstairs you reach the other 2 bedrooms; each with its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Each bedroom has its own terrace with a seating area. Halfway through the week, the villa is cleaned and the bed linen is changed.

The newly built Paleros Garden House is located on the ground floor of a two-family house in the village of Paleros, with private parking space and surrounded by a garden with fruit trees and flowers. It is a 15-minute walk and a 5-minute drive from the main square of the village and the beaches. Paleros is a beautiful seaside town, amphitheatrically built in a bay of the Ionian Sea, offering many options for wonderful holidays, while it is half an hour away from Lefkada.
