Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Palaia Fokaia

The villa was absolutely beautiful and my family and I had an incredible time staying over. We especially enjoyed how clean and nice the pool provided was. We highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Greece.

This is a unique place with a lot of history. The kitchen cute and spacious. The porch is the best part of the house. We saw sunrise and sunset. Beautiful. I love the view from the bedroom. The hospitality made our stay easy and fun. Panos helped us get drivers and gave us directions and restaurant reviews.

It is a very nice apartment, beautifully furnished with a great kitchen. We were able to relax and have breakfast in the quiet garden. The location is perfect for excursions in the area. Niki and George are the perfect hosts. Very friendly and helpful and always had a good idea for a trip. Nikos and Georgia were so nice and they stayed up late waiting for us to get in. Which I was most grateful for as the location wasnt as easy to find. I lived that they were proactive and shared that others have had trouble in the past and gave me the step by step instructions on how to locate their beautiful home. Although it felt pretty remote, navigating to the city center was pretty easy. I loved the welcome basket and the complete tour of the home. I truly appreciated how quiet the neighborhood was, especially having been in the city center the whole day. It was literally a breath of fresh air. I would LOVE to stay there again if they would have us.

We stayed a week and enjoyed our time at Thanos's house thoroughly. The house is older but has everything you need and the outdoor area with pool was a lifesaver on the hot days. The house is in a mountainous area and car is necessary to get around. Thanos was very responsive and had great recommendations. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you.

What do I say? The contact with Ileana was benevolent and super warm from the beginning. I immediately felt comfortable with her. She sent travel recommendations in advance and constantly asked if she could help in any way. I found everything as described in the house. And it was really all to my taste. I would live in a similar way. I felt very comfortable there. Due to the road being busier than expected, it was sometimes a little louder due to the traffic. We have loved every minute of our time here! Your place is fantastic and you have provided everything anyone could possibly want! We have been away from home for six weeks and this is the best place we have stayed - there is nothing you need to improve on! We are leaving at 7.30 in the morning 😢 so if you would like your cleaner to come in earlier, we will be gone. Thank you again for making our stay in Greece so enjoyable! 😎

An absolutely magnificent place! Hard to imagine that you can find a place like this in a large city! It was a short walk from restaurants, supermarket and the metro. Rooftop pool with great privacy was wonderful on hot days and also swimming at night with the city lights in the background. Rooftop terrace was overlooking the city and with views to Lycabettus hill and nature on the other side. On many evenings we ordered food in and ate at the rooftop terrace. We were a group of six and could not have been more pleased with our stay. Dimitris was very helpful and a great host!

Would highly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Athens. It was within walking distance of most attractions but also close to the underground too! The apartment was beautiful, clean and exactly as the photos shown. We had a lovely stay here and would 100% stay again!

Our stay was great! The host was quick to respond to any messages and the location was perfect for walking to different restaurants. The view was incredible as well.

Aggeliki by far is the best host out of all the people I have rented from on Airbnb. She is very friendly, very helpful, always keen to help. Place was amazing and she is very responsive. She also like to recommend restaurants, places to visit, etc… I was also travelling to Naxos and she was already proactive with providing me with her favourite restaurants and beaches there. Her place is also very cosy, has a great atmosphere I believe that’s because it is their own house in which the rent every now and then. In short, great host that gives me even extra motivation to come to Athens!

Such a beautiful Airbnb. Best part is the hot tub actually gets hot, not just lukewarm (which i’ve noticed a lot of other hot tubs in Greece are only lukewarm) so that was a plus. Very modern setup and the view was great. Unfortunately I was very sick during my stay, but Jeff and Katerina were so nice and responsive and even helped us get a taxi to the ER, and checked in on us throughout the day. Truly such great hospitality and we are so appreciative for all of the help that they provided for us. Any question we had they responded to us right away with such helpful advice. Thank you so much for everything ♥️♥️

The Villa was lovely, host lives in half the villa (as stated in listing info) but this did not impact on privacy and he was very discrete and only came around when we asked with help to find gym area. Well equipped kitchen and our only ask was for some more wine glasses and these were provided very quickly for a meal we had planed. the outdoor kitchen bar area is great and the sound system a great addition. Pool was amazing, large, clean easy to access and a great space we all enjoyed. Sub beds all quality and good towels for outdoor provided. Quiet residential area so car helpful although beach walkable. Attiac and basement bedroo. areas more basic than those on the first floor but adequate, Bed quality great as was linen. Would recommend for large group of friends/family

Ada's villa is just amazing! We spent almost a week, and we loved it. Walking distance to a private and beautiful beach, great pool, balconies with ocean view, comfortable kitchen and much more. Ada was super responsive, assisted us with everything we needed. The place is close to many beaches, restaurants and activities and this was for sure one of the best listing's we've been at. I would recommend this place for everyone that seeks a peaceful gateway and a great vacation

Ioannis's place is fabulous. It was the ideal place for our group of 7 adults to enjoy sunning by the pool or to wander down to the beach, with plenty of nearby beach bars and restaurants to explore. The cheese platter and a few beers in the fridge as a lovely surprise. Thanks Ioannis. We thoroughly enjoyed your place.

George was Fantastic!

Beautiful house on the Saronida hills with beautiful sea views and sunset views. Great for a large group of people. Rooms were plenty, spacious and clean. Pool was nice. Only thing is that it’s not very walkable and very far from Athens city centre, but we didn’t have much trouble getting a taxi (using freenow). Close to some good restaurants and groceries although not walkable. Host was responsive and helpful. Overall a great stay!

This is a family owned real estate that immediately makes you feel at home. Hosts are very kind and proactive, house and terrace are clean, lots of green trees to walk. It’s not too close to the sea so renting a car is mandatory but if you do, it’s a perfect house for a relaxing vacation.

The villa was really wonderful for our holiday, with all the essentials for a pleasant stay. It was spotless all rooms, convenient location with easy parking in a quiet area. The pool and outdoor space delighted the whole group!! The host helped us instantly with any questions we had!!
