SPECTACULAR!!! This is an unforgettable home with a spectacular view. We did not expect such a grand vista---essentially a 360 view of the sea which is stunning. The pictures do not do this villa justice. The villa is situated on a cliff alongside olive groves. You have no one around you and you have an unobstructed view of the sea. Oh yeah, there's a beach cove that is only accessible from the property! We only saw one family using it other than us while we were there so it was basically a private beach...We never left the property! The kids loved it and the beach is secured by a cove so we did not have to worry about the waves. This is a HUGE villa and can accommodate up to 8. There is plenty of hot water with a strong stream of water (which is unusual in Greece). I cannot rate this property highly enough. It is simply spectacular. The host Stefanos is readily available for any requests and is amazing. We also used the private tennis court to up our game. UNBELIEVABLE DEAL!!!

Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben. Besonders hat uns gefallen, dass man direkt von der Terrasse ins Wasser gehen kann. Es war alles sauber und zweckmäßig eingerichtet, es gab genug Handtücher. Gut war auch, das die Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage haben, da es sehr heiß während unseres Aufenthaltes war. Das Haus ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, was man besonders an den Badezimmern sieht. Eine Verbesserung wären noch ein paar Sonnenliegen, es gibt nur eine.

Το δωμάτιο ήταν πολύ καθαρό με πεντακάθαρα σεντόνια.Η θέα ήταν όμορφη με θέα στην θάλασσα ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες. Μπορείς να πας στην παραλία και για φαγητό με τα πόδια είναι όλα δίπλα.Ηρεμη περιοχή ιδανική για οικογένεια και χαλάρωση.Είναι μια καλή επιλογή για όσους κάνουν το γύρο της Πελλοπονήσου να διανυκτερεύσουν εδώ αντί για Λιμένι Αρεόπολη που οι τιμές ξεφεύγουν και να μοιράσουν την απόσταση διότι είναι μόλις 45 λεπτά από Ελαφόνησο δίνοντας την ευκαιρία να είστε κοντά ώστε να φτάσετε νωρίς και να αποφύγετε μεγάλες ουρές στο καράβι. Εμείς έτσι το σκεφτήκαμε και ήταν η καλύτερη επιλογή!

Had great holidays! The house is excellent and spacious with breathtaking sea view. Had fresh produce in the garden that we were able to use, from melons, watermelons, figs, cucumbers, tomatoes, aubergine, courgette, and more. Totally isolated for peace and calm but also 8 mins from 2 villages that you can get anything you might want. Sea sides are amazing and so many too choose (from 5 min , 10 min , 20 mins to 1 hour drive deep what you want)with clear blue waters. Also are many things to do for sightseeing with longest drive for the furthest to about 1 hour. Sotiris was amazing host and always available to answer any queries we had. For sure will come again.

This is the easiest five-star review I've ever given, and probably the best Air BNB I've ever stayed at. The place is absolutely incredible; right in Monemvasia. It's on one of the highest streets so that the balcony overlooks the whole town, and also no one is above you so it's quite private. Everything looks like the photos. You can easily walk the whole old town, and it's close by the stairway to the upper town as well. The listing says no kitchen, but there is actually everything you need including various coffees and makers, an element, and cups and cutlery (but I barely cooked because all the restaurants are very well priced and delicious). I couldn't recommend this place more!

Abbiamo alloggiato una settimana nel pittoresco cottage di Salvatore, che è esattamente come descritto: molto tradizionale all'esterno ed estremamente moderno all'interno. È situato in una zona silenziosa, ma in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiungono il centro del villaggio e le spiagge. Salvatore è gentilissimo e molto disponibile. Consigliatissimo!

Η εκπληξη.....Οσα βλεπετε στην καταχωρηση και περιγραφή ανταποκρινονται σε πολυ μικρό βαθμό σ αυτό που θα αντικρισετε οταν βρεθειτε στο σπιτι του κ. Σωτηρη. Ας αναφερω μερικα. Ξεκινω απο την θεση του. Το ζωντανο χωριο Μεταμορφωση,βρισκεται σε κομβικο σημειο για να εξερευνηστε ολοκληρο το Λακωνικο αυτο ποδι της Πελοποννήσου. Αξιοθεατα,παραλιες, κλπ..σχεδον ολα σε αποσταση 18'-30'απο το σπιτι. Η θεα απο την πανω βεραντα,εκπληκτικη για ηρεμια,περισυλλογη,άραγμα,πρωι και βραδυ ( αν το επιτρεπει η αδυσώπητη ζεστη,που βρηκαμε τις μερες που μειναμε). Το μεγαλο διπατο σπιτι,με τα γηινα εξωτερικα χρωματα,την λιτη διακοσμιση,τους ανετους εσωτερικους χωρους,τις 3 κρεβατοκάμαρες,τα 2 μπανια,τις 4 βεραντες,την αυλη με μουρια για πρωινο καφεδακι,διαθετει με το παραπανω,οτι χρειαζεται ο φιλοξενουμενος ( εως και 7 ανετοτατα) για να επιδοθει μονο στην απολαυση των διακοπων του. Οι παροχες του ....περαν οσων εχουμε συνηθίσει να βρισκουμε στα ενοικιαζομενα καταλύματα.(εκτος απο ολα τα αναγκαια ειδη που ε
