The adjoining kitchen with dining area has all modern conveniences, utility and toilet/wash basin. Tastefully decorated, upstairs has 2 king size rooms (1 with ensuite) and a twin room. The main bathroom is upstairs with bath/shower, toilet and sink. This house provides a wonderful base from which to explore the Ring of Kerry, Beara and Wild Atlantic Way.

A 3 minute walk from the historic centre of Kenmare which is well known for its many cafes, restaurants, pubs, brewery, galleries and shops. Conveniently located on the Ring of Kerry and Beara, and driving distance to Killarney National park, Carrauntuohill, and Derrynane Beach. An ideal base to beautiful county Kerry!

Newly renovated bright & airy house in an exceptionally quiet location, 1 minute from town centre. Fully equipped kitchen, two bathrooms. Living area is upstairs to take advantage of the intensity of light in this part of Kerry, with mountain & rooftop views. The house has energy rating A, underfloor heating throughout & a wood burning stove. There are 2 bedrooms with super-king beds, which can be separated to singles. Your family will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home, and includes full use of the Kenmare Bay Hotel facilities, leisure centre, gym and swimming pool. My house is also a perfect base from which to explore the stunning scenery and traditional villages of the Ring of Kerry, Ring of Beara and the Wild Atlantic Way. If golfing is your thing, both the Ring of Kerry and Kenmare Golf Clubs are just a short drive away.

Frances' place is in the heart of Kenmare, easy walking distance to restaurants and shops. The room is right next door to Crowley's Bar, which had some great music, so we had an easy walk home in the evening. The morning truck street noise was a bit loud so bring earplugs. In spite of that, I would definitely stay here again.

The exterior of a two-story house showcases a blend of stone and smooth wall surfaces. Large windows are framed in blue, with the soft glow of sunlight highlighting the garden area. Well-maintained greenery is present along the pathway leading to the entrance.

Stunning location! Amazing views, and beautiful grounds. Spotlessly clean room, comfortable & very quiet. We loved it here & wish we had booked for longer as there is so much to see & do nearby. Noreen was very kind & helpful & provided a very good breakfast.

John and Nora Mae were exceptional hosts. They made suggestions about better places to see and we benefited greatly from their knowledge. They introduced us to a new song - which was actually an old one to them - and the music plays in my head often. Good music. Breakfast - oh my!! Delicious! We will tell everyone we know who is going to visit Ireland to plan to stay here

It was really a nice stay . really nice and clean property in a very convenient location.
