An fabulous apartment in a beautiful example of the local timber-frame architecture. The condition of the rooms and furnishings are exactly as they appear in the photos. I would absolutely recommend this property (and will be). I would point out (for information only) that there can be street noise on some nights. (There are disposable earplugs provided by Michaël which is very thoughtful). Most nights during my stay were fine and remarkably quiet though. Also as this is an historic building there are quirks like the spiral staircase and uneven timber flooring in the access hall. For me this was part of its authentic charm but if you have mobility issues factor this in. Michaël was a professional throughout. I had a hiccup with my travel arrangements on the day, so my arrival was a couple of hours later than planned for. Michaël was responsive throughout and accommodated my changed arrival without issue. This was deeply appreciated (having endured a stressful afternoon).

Everything was perfect. Jean Pierre's apartment was very pleasant to live in. Jean Pierre responded quickly to our questions. It was a great time at Jean Pierre's, I highly recommend it.

Berengere was a fabulous host and personally welcomed us to the rental unit and came for the check out. She was extremely responsive to questions I sent in advance of our stay about things like parking options and a restaurant reservation, and remained in touch during our stay. We are English speakers and Berengere was fluent in English. The flat is terrific, centrally located in the old part of Vannes. It is very spacious and comfortable, with an extremely well stocked kitchen with modern appliances as well as laundry machines. The front of the flat faces a pedestrian street that can be lively during tourist season, but the flat has new insulated windows that buffer street noise and the main bedroom is on the back side and very quiet. Berengere's hospitality and lovely flat made for a great stay in Vannes!

Very nice apartment, very clean, with many details and good taste. Comfortable bed and sofa bed. Everything is very new. Marine is very friendly and helpful. 10 minutes from downtown on foot. Free parking is available nearby. I'd come back without a doubt.

Beautiful accommodation, in the heart of Rennes city center.

Great quirky, spacious, 3rd floor attic flat with high-quality modern fitout, interesting beams and angular walls. Good views of the boats in the harbour. Well-located within a 20-minute walk to the old town and a few minutes' walk from a range of excellent restaurants, near the head of the harbour. Underground paid parking opposite is expensive; however, free on-street parking is available 10 minutes walk away most days. No lift but good stairs. We enjoyed it very much.

Beautifully renovated and comfortable apartment within easy walking distance of centre of the old town centre with plenty of shops and restaurants. The description was very accurate and the space worked very well for us as two couples. We received comprehensive directions but it is still quite tricky to find the building so the navigator needs to stay alert. Luggage needs to be carried up two flights of stairs. Overall a very nice Airbnb experience and definitely recommended.

Warm welcome from Laurent and his partner. We had a lovely weekend of Ascension. Spacious and comfortable house, nothing missing, perfect for a large family of 12 with children. Nice outdoor garden. The children loved the environment with all this nature; the swing, the horses... Very nice and rejuvenating place. Close to the Brocéliande forest. To be repeated.

We enjoyed stating here very much, its a pretty village and very close to Ploermel and only 30 minutes to Vannes. Dinner in the hotel is excellent.

We had a great time!! The space is beautifully decorated, every detail is thought to make the stay comfortable. The hot tub is a real plus, perfect for relaxing!! We had taken the breakfast option, and we don't regret it at all: everything was homemade and absolutely delicious. Thank you for this beautiful "parenthesis" of relaxation

Very nice house, tastefully decorated. The terrace with the jacuzzi in the middle of a wooded area was perfect for our family weekend, the small children were able to enjoy the large terrace and the wooded area. I would highly recommend this quiet and relaxing place, the hosts were responsive. Thanks to them, a very well-equipped house to host and feel good. Even the board games were thought of!! We had a great time in port Navalo. The place is perfect, very comfortable, and the view is amazing. We really appreciated the fact that there was a small desk in each room to work. The surrounding area is gorgeous, and the walking paths are close by.
