Very well located accommodation in the city center of Nantes while being quiet. Well laid out apartment with 3 beautiful bedrooms, you can feel at home as soon as you arrive! Julie is very responsive as soon as we have a request.

Emmanuelle was so helpful and lovely, apartment was very well situated and had everything we needed. Any messages that I had sent, she was very quick at responding and provided us great recommendations for our trip in Nantes. Would highly recommend staying with Emmanuelle!

The stay was really good — the apartment was clean, well-equipped, and just like in the photos. The location was convenient, and the check-in process was straightforward. Communication was clear and responsive throughout.

Very nice and tastefully decorated apartment. The outdoor terrace is really a plus as well as the parking space. Shops are all nearby.

If you want to feel a local in the city centre, this is the right place. I kind of feel at home since I arrived. The building entrance corridor requires some upgrade to make it look nicer. The apartment is in the 3rd floor, and this may be an issue if you have large bagagges. The apartment has their own furniture, which is nice, but sometimes you may find a hidden speck of dust. Some nice features, such as a collection of vynil records make it unique. At night, you may hear the crowd from the restaurants on the street, but it was ok for me, I did enjoy my sleep. The highlight of the apartment is the location, the bright and spacious living room, which made me qualify this place with a 5 star.

We had a great time at Maud's place. Her place located in a quiet and peaceful residence is clean and equipped, the beach is a 5 minute walk away.

Excellent stay, too bad we only stayed 4 nights but we hope to return on a future getaway. Fabrice is very responsive, as soon as you ask him for information (walk, restaurant, etc.) he responds immediately. Her house is very well decorated and practical, you could stay there all year round, plus it's very close to the ocean.

Wow what a beautiful place! It was exactly what we were hoping for and made for a very peaceful family holiday. Bertrand was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. He has two folders available in the cottage which are packed with information and things to do and see. However the grounds are so beautiful that you could easily just stay there and go for walks, trips out on the lake or swim in the pool. The cottage itself is spacious, clean and in great condition. We would highly recommend this cottage.

Our stay was a real favorite; from the island of Noirmoutiers but also this magnificent house offered by Marc and his wife, very helpful and attentive to us, thank you to them! The accommodation is in a great location, very comfortable and cozy. Great job on the beautiful decor! Everything is done on foot or by bike, a real vacation. We'll be happy to go back, that's for sure.

Our stay went very well. Valérie as well as Magali and Stéphane were very responsive and available. The house was very clean and really well-equipped. The enclosed land is a plus because we had animals. We were not far from the beach, which is not the most beautiful. As you get closer to Saint-Brévin Sud, the beaches are more pleasant and they are not far away. If I had to note a negative point, it would be the traffic delay that took place on Raymond Poincaré Avenue in front of the house following tests on a lane for incidents on the Saint Nazaire bridge. Waze is diverting motorists. No luck, the traffic seemed to be less heavy at the time of our departure. I hope this doesn't affect this house, which is lovely.

Fabulous accommodation, great location, with the sunset as a show in the evening, access to the beach directly in front of the house, very well-equipped house, very sunny, in line with what we hoped to see more... I recommend this rental where we had an extraordinary weekend with friends

Studio as described, perfect for two people Ideally located, everything is on foot from the accommodation: embankment of La Baule, Port du Pouliguen, local shops, restaurants No private parking space, but there's an easy and free street parking spot. small downside: Cluttered bike room - difficult or impossible to put bikes in safety
