Overall every good experience staying here. Beautiful and stunning views of the lake and trees x. The sauna is also very good. But watch out if you park your cars at the yard, there are trees and rocks you need to pay attention to.

Absolutely perfect stay at this wonderful, secluded, peaceful place with my wife and two kids (5 and 8) in May. Can't recommend it enough! The hot tub was wonderful to relax in once the kids were in bed, the lake was quiet, peaceful and provided plenty of fun for the kids with the included canoes and rowing boat, plus a gentle sloped beach for the kids to safely play in. The kids also enjoyed the many included board games. There's a great 5km walk near by (20min drive) which was the perfect length for the kids. Thanks to Arttu who was a very helpful host and provided lots of local recommendations.

Linda's place is in a quiet backyard with garden near downtown Lahti. Restaurants, supermarkets and the port are easily accessible on foot or by bike. The apartment is spotlessly clean and very functional and clearly furnished. Everything fits well in color and radiates tranquility and coziness. We felt very comfortable.

A glass-enclosed terrace offers expansive views of the surrounding greenery and the lake. Natural light fills the space, highlighting the wooden flooring. Comfortable seating is positioned within, and large sliding doors provide easy access to the outdoor area.

Four of our friends looked for a quiet getaway from the city for a few nights. Truly grateful that we found Hill Pocket. The hut sits in an enchanted mossy forest at the edge of an impressive cliff. Thanks to the cliff, the view from the patio and the sauna is amazing. We visited in September, so we had the privilege to sit at the patio watching and listening to flocks of cranes migrating to the south. The hut is cozy and spacious and the sauna deserves a medal. We found plenty of tasteful, artsy touches in and around the hut, it was great fun to explore the surroundings. All in all, a unique experience. Not every day that you stumble upon such a cool hut for rent.
