Beautiful location, very peaceful. The house is comfortable and the kitchen is very well equipped. Cleanliness could be slightly better as there were lots of traces of dogs. Better curtains to block the light downstairs would also have been appreciated. Otherwise, everything was great.

We had a wonderful weekend at the Birdhouse. The cottage is in a quiet location by the lake, very spacious and the kitchen is well-equipped. I also always appreciate the blackout curtains in the bedroom and the beds were comfortable, we got the whole crew to sleep really well. The sauna had a shower that provided hot water, which also made it easier for the baby to bathe. Check-in was easy and checkout was flexible, Minna-Liisa responded very quickly. Highly recommended and we'll definitely be back in the future!

A wonderful Mökki with a beautiful lakeview. Jukka was very helpful at Check-In. The house is well equipped, clean and asthetically furnitured. The separate sauna building lies at the lakeshore. We travelled with two small children (2 and 4) and the house was perfect for that. We enjoyed the sauna and the dip in the icehole very much. We would love to come back!

We had a great time at Ollis’ house. The accomodation was amazing, even better than our expectations. Ollis made check-in and check-out procedures extremely easy. We loved the surroundings. The area is very beautiful and the ski tracks were a few hundred metres from the house. Thanks again for hosting us, we hope to come back again!

Wow, what a beautiful location. And such a lovely house. There was a an original sauna on the lake which allowed us a true Finnish experience. Elina was the perfect host. She was always responsive and keen to ensure we had a great time. Anyone booking this place will not be disappointed. We will be returning- maybe when there is snow on the ground. We also liked the private area near the lake , the pier , the new sauna, everything matches the description and the house is very comfortable . There is everything you need . The visit for a few nights went on 10/10 in Vääksy. The stay was just what the brochure promised, if not a touch better. Sauna, hot tub, etc. I highly recommend this home. I could imagine that in the summer, a couple of nights in this place might even be too short a visit.
