Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Pagosa

Great place to stay! Super walkable to nearby coffee shop & brunch. Had everything you need, and very spacious for only being a studio. Highly recommend :)

The unit was a timeshare condo in a small village of 6 identical units. Perfect for 2 adults and 2 kids. Small kitchen with dishwasher and living room with pull out couch bed and TV, King Size bed with another TV, nice tall shower, small front patio for two chairs and a table. Everything was perfect for us. The Check In staff were helpful and easy to contact. This stay comes with a lot of amenities including the Rec Center and on Friday they had free drinks and popcorn in the lobby. Pagosa in general is a great place to stay, definitely visit the Hidden Track when JB is bartending, but for this review I’ll stay focused on the lodging and host. If you follow Brooke’s instructions to give your name as written on your government ID and make sure your phone number is up to date in the AirBnB app, it was a seamless check in and a nice stay at a fair price. With good staff on site and clear communication from Brooke, this was the nicest and easiest AirBnB experience I’ve had.

Nice place! Very cosy and close to town. We skied at Wolf Creek and only takes about 25 minutes to get to the base.

Place worked great for our needs! We made a mistake when checking out and the host worked with us while we corrected our mistake.

Great location and nice condo for a small family of three or a couple and one other person. Would stay here again as very convenient.

The location is great - central location close to everything we wanted to do. The space is nice and wide open. It is rustic but it was super clean. The unit is quite warm as others had mentioned but we made use of the fans and A/C and managed to be comfortable. I would recommend this unit to anyone wanting a great location. Once we were back from skiing we could just park the car and walk everywhere. Thanks for a great stay!

This was exactly what we were looking for on our trip to Pagosa Springs! Close to town but far enough away to enjoy the quiet mountain air. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after our days in town. We also appreciated all of the other amenities and the cozy-ness of the home!

Had a phenomenal time at this AirBnb. The location was prime, extremely peaceful, and my friends and I had a wonderful trip. Tana was extremely responsive and helpful, which added to the enjoyment. We came across this place after a last minute cancellation and Tana really came through! I would recommend this place to anyone coming to Pagosa with a group.

The place was cute and clean. The balcony was nice and the fire place was cozy. The location was close to the Main Street and very convenient.

This 3-bedroom place worked great for our group of 6 adults and our many cooking projects. Had everything we needed - blankets, cookware, kettle, microwave and oven and stove, dishwasher, washer/dryer, 2 bathrooms. One bath is in the master suite, fyi. The neighborhood is not walking-friendly, but beautiful and convenient.

Such a great house in a beautiful place! We stayed here for a long weekend, and it was perfect. The house is amazing and the surroundings are gorgeous. The outdoor area, hot tub, ping pong, games, and kitchen make it the perfect place if you want to stay and hang out, but it is also super close to Pagosa, so there's plenty to do. We'll definitely stay here again!

The view from the floating dock was stunning. There was an abundance of wildlife around the lake. There are views from every room facing the lake. It's about 15 minutes from town which is a nice easy drive to the Hot springs or restaurants. There were plenty of kitchen utensils and a good size grill. The hot tub is a nice touch

Great place for family ski trip! Lots of space, amenities and a beautiful deck to enjoy. Location is great for all things in and around Pagosa Springs. Cindy was a great host and was clear in her instructions.

Was the perfect place to stay! Absolutely loved the house and made us feel right at home.

Hi Ohea, Thanks for a great living space. We had a grand time in your nicely appointed home. There was room to be together and also to comfortably have time to ourselves. Many good discussions were held in the "board room" aka the dining room. The time, love and attention to the arrangement, lighting and construction of the infrastructure and furniture was appreciated more than once. Thanks again for having us over. We had a great trip to Pagosa/Wolf Creek! This condo was perfect for our little family of 4. It was recently updated and had everything we needed! There was a stain on the shower curtain but I never mentioned it while we were there and that was our only concern with the cleanliness. We also had a constant sound in our master bedroom the first night but we did let them know about it and found out it was the sump pump under the house draining water from all the snow. They were able to turn it off and that fixed the sound so the rest of our nights were much more peaceful. Overall great and we would stay here again and recommend it to others!

This townhouse is nothing short of exceptional and we couldn't have found a better location with nicer accommodations. No issues with the interior or negative feedback. We clean a lot and it was nice to have all of the utilities available to keep it nice while we stayed. It was also great to have internet access. The owners were available if we needed anything at all times.

I absolutely loved our stay here! The place is super cute and all the furniture is really comfy. Lots of room to spread out. It had a fully stocked kitchen with a nice spice and cooking oil selection as well! Christina left us a sweet welcome note and goodies which were so welcoming! The location is also fantastic and very walkable to so much. I couldn't recommend this highly enough!

This condo was perfect for our stay. The location is very close to multiple local restaurants that are delicious. We drove up to Wolf Creek to ski multiple days and getting in and out from the condo could not have been easier. The unit itself was very nice. It had two nice sized bedrooms including one king size bed which is unique in my experience on Airbnb. They have a nice comfortable sectional couch that is quite large and easily accommodates multiple people while relaxing. Check in was easy and communication was perfect. I would stay here again.
