La Estrella

The house is situated in a pine forest area with large plots. It is a quiet area where only the birds are heard since the paths are dead-end and only the people we live here pass by. It is ideal for spending a few days authentic resting. We are halfway from the village and the beach, about 3 km each, and very close to large supermarkets, restaurants, etc... Near the house there are walking paths and a large public pine forest with facilities for sports or picnics.

The internet connection is fiber optic (600Mb/s). The house is in a pine forest area and 100 meters from the beach. It is minimalist and very comfortable. To ensure accessibility, we arranged the main double bedroom with a 150cm bed with an en-suite bathroom and another bedroom with a 135cm double bed on the ground floor. Upstairs there is a bathroom and 2 bedrooms; one with 2 beds and the other with a trundle bed (2 singles) and a double bed.

Located just 4 km from La Playa de La Barrosa and 3 km from the historic center of Chiclana, Esencia Villages is a private complex consisting of three houses, each with private parking, its own garden and all amenities. You can also enjoy great common areas such as an organic garden, among others. It is a 40 m² rural house on a 500 m² plot with 17 stone pine trees that give the feeling of being in a private forest. It is decorated with great care and attention. It's a quiet place, but very close to supermarkets, restaurants, and leisure areas of Chiclana. The house is 3.5 km from La Barrosa beach, Santi Petri and El Novo. A barbecue and play area for children.
