The spaceful living room, with a full equipped kitchen, is a welcoming and hushed place, out of time. This room is opened on a large balcony, faced to East. The land is fenced to get the most out of the outdoors. The house is on 2 floors with the main rooms upstairs as well as the bathroom and 2 bedrooms (one bedroom with a double bed and another for children), the basement is composed of 2 bedrooms. TGV train station 1.4 km away, supermarket and bakery 800 m away
