Πολύ όμορφος και καθαρός χώρος, καλύτερος από τις φωτογραφίες. Βρίσκεται πάνω στην παραλία, σε μια πολύ ήσυχη περιοχή που απέχει περίπου 10 λεπτά από την πόλη του Βόλου με πολύ καλό δρόμο. Ο Μάνος εξαιρετικός οικοδεσπότης, και πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει.

Ο κ. Στέργιος ήταν πολύ ευγενικός και ευδιάθετος, πάντα πρόθυμος να μας βοηθήσει. Το σπίτι ήταν φανταστικό και πεντακάθαρο. Περάσαμε φανταστικά και ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία

Tony and Jill responded almost immediately to any questions. Demetri was very welcoming and helped us whenever we needed. We got new towels and a clean around the villa mid week, which was very thoughtful. highly recommend.

Everything was perfect. The flat is absolutely luke the pictures, you have everything needed and also a free car parking. I liked the place really much. For sure, I definitely recommend it.

Rania and the accomodation is a true hidden gem. Never on Airbnb have we had such a welcoming, friendly and generous hosts, just like we’ve never seen an apartment looking so clean and well taken care of, including the amazing garden. Whenever we needed help, instructions or even food, Rania was always there to assist us with a smile on her face and as she says- it was her pleasure. She even gave us homemade food, fruit&vegetables from her garden and fresh water. However keep in mind the apartment is quite far from the main road so we definitely recommend renting a car or a motorcycle, the path is well accessible for good drivers. The surroundings are very quiet and there is a lot of options if you want to sit in the garden or sunbathe. We do want to recommend Rania’s accommodation to anyone considering it, as it truly was a perfect experience and felt more like visiting our own family in the countryside. It definitely was not our last stay. Thank you Rania!

Διανυκτερεύσαμε στο όμορφο Art Apartment στις αρχές Ιουνίου 2025, δύο άτομα, σε διαφορετικά δωμάτια. Το διαμέρισμα ήταν ήσυχο, πρόσφατα ανακαινισμένο, πεντακάθαρο και τακτοποιημένο. Η οικοδέσποινα εξαιρετικά ευγενική και επικοινωνιακή, έλυσε κάθε απορία μας άμεσα και αποτελεσματικά. Το σημείο είναι πολύ κεντρικό, κοντά στην κεντρική αγορά και στο λιμάνι, με πολλές επιλογές για καφέ, φαγητό και ποτό ολόγυρα, σε απόσταση σύντομου περιπάτου. Ευχαρίστως θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά στην επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στον Βόλο. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!

Είναι ένα από τα ομορφότερα σπίτια που έχουμε μείνει πότε. Τόσο όμορφο που θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο σπίτι και να μην εξερευνήσουμε το νησί :-). Είναι καινούριο, πεντακάθαρο, ευρύχωρο, πανέμορφα διακοσμημένο, εξοπλισμένο με όλες τις ανέσεις, με κλιματιστικό και τηλεόραση σε κάθε δωμάτιο του σπιτιού, με τεράστιο ιδιωτικό πάρκινγκ εντός του οικοπέδου, σε καταπληκτική τοποθεσία που μπορείς να έχεις πρόσβαση σε όλο το νησί, δίπλα στις Κουκουναριές και κοντά σε πολλά εστιατόρια και υποδομές. Επιπλέον, η Χρυσούλα είναι ένας πολύ ζεστός και καλόκαρδος άνθρωπος που ήταν πολύ εξυπηρετική και ευγενική. Θα χαρούμε πάρα πολύ να ξαναπάμε και το συνιστούμε ανεπιφύλακτα για μια υπέροχη εμπειρία και διαμονή στην Σκιάθο.

הדירה מקסימה. מרווחת ,מאובזרת מצויין ועם נוף נפלא למפרץ וולוס. במרחק הליכה נמצאות מסעדות, בתי קפה, סופר מרקטים ועוד. נהנינו מאד מהשהות במקום. שימו לב שאם אתם מגיעים עם רכב יש צורך לחנות בחניון בתשלום של כ 10 יורו ליום. הבעלים של הדירה, אנטוניו, נתן מענה מהיר לכל צרכינו. נהנינו מאד מהשהייה בדירה ומוולוס

Fabulous house in a beautiful spot. Very close to the beach but off the main street so quiet and peaceful except for the fabulous frog chorus every evening It’s a grassy area with a stream so the mosquito screens were invaluable. Safe place. Never needed to lock up. We were cooking most nights so at request Γιάννης provided us with a selection of extra pans. Plenty of spare towels and linen. Gorgeous outside area, three terraces with outdoor eating area and a gas BBQ. Even a covered car porch Felt totally private Hotel behind appears closed for the foreseeable but only over looks one side. Hosts left us a great welcome pack with coffee pods (Nespresso) wine, cake and soft drinks! Hosts were always helpful and responded quickly to texts with Γιάννης arriving promptly on his scooter!

Όλα άψογα και όπως ακριβώς τα περιγράφει ο κύριος Νίκος.Μπορεις να το επιλέξεις για καλοκαιρινές διακοπές αλλά και χειμερινούς μήνες μιας και είναι ολα κοντά με το αυτοκίνητο. Το σπίτι είναι ζεστό με τζάκι ,a/c και πάντα με ζεστά νερά.

As my family and parents-in-law said, this was the best Airbnb we've ever rented. The house is in an amazing location, right in front of the beach, with spectacular views of the gulf. It is a very spacious and luxurious house with all amenities, even suitable for a long stay. Volos is just 15 minutes by car, so we visited the city almost daily for the bars and restaurants, but there were also some great options in the village next to the house (just 5 minutes by car). Finally, Yiannis is a fantastic gentleman—responsive, polite, and very helpful. Overall, it was a great experience and highly recommended.

Dear future travelers I had the privilege of staying at Yanis' wonderful Airbnb in Makrinitza Village during a massive thunderstorm in Greece, and I couldn't have asked for a better host. Yanis truly went above and beyond to ensure our safety and comfort during those challenging days. Not only did Yanis provide us with essential supplies like food, water, and gas when we were stranded, but he also made us feel secure in potentially dangerous situation. His warm hospitality and genuine concern for our well-being were truly remarkable. The house itself was a gem. Spacious enough to comfortably accommodate our group of nine people, it offered breathtaking views of the city of Volos. Even amidst the storm, the scenery was awe-inspiring. The house is still the perfect Airbnb for family’s in Volos! It is perfectly located, u have everything you need (and much more) and we really loved it to be there again! It is super clean, your kids will find so much toys to play with and for the rest of the family is also everything you need. We definitely recommend this beautiful house! We were there for three days! Natasha was amazing from the beginning even before we arrived there with amazing instructions and very quick responses! The house is amazing for a big groups of people like we were, big spaces to hang out both in the living room as well as the table to play cards or games. We enjoyed the welcome basket Natasha had prepared for us ! Everything was amazing and we will definitely be back again ! Thanks for everything

Overall very happy with the stay. The communication was great. The only problem was with the wifi, even when it worked, the connection was rather weak, but Katerina still did her best. The surrounding area has a lot to offer as well

George was exceptionally friendly and highly responsive throughout our stay. The apartment was spacious, well-appointed, and very comfortable. I would strongly recommend it to others. Its central location just a short 5–10 minute walk to the seaside and close to numerous bars and restaurants made it especially convenient. We had a wonderful time!

Το σπίτι είναι πανέμορφο, προσεγμένο και σε πολύ καλή τοποθεσία, κοντά στο κέντρο του Βόλου. Η Ανθή και η Βάνια είναι εξαιρετικά φιλόξενες και βοηθητικές και προσέχουν τη κάθε λεπτομέρεια. Τέλος, η λίστα με τις προτάσεις για τον Βόλο και τον Πήλιο που μας έδωσαν σε συνδυασμό με την εύκολη πρόσβαση, σε κάνουν να νιώθεις ότι επισκέπτεσαι φίλους.
