The house is located in a lush area with stunning views just 5 minutes by car from Skiathos Town. The house is divided into two levels. Downstairs there is a spacious living room and dining room, a large kitchen and a comfortable bathroom. From here there is access to the terrace which has a dining table and magnificent views. On the upper level there are two bedrooms and a toilet. Outside there is a large garden with parking space, barbecue and rest areas. There is no public transport.

House by the sea, live in nature.

It is 30 meters from the sea, completely isolated and operates with an autonomous photovoltaic system of limited power consumption. It is forbidden to use a device over 1000 watts, electric iron, etc. The beach in front of the house is often cleaned by local bodies but there is the possibility that with a strong wind it will bring out some garbage.
