The apartment is absolutely lovely—clean, bright, and well-kept, with a comfortable layout that makes it feel like home right away. Everything is in great condition, and the space has a cozy yet modern vibe. The neighborhood is also fantastic—peaceful, safe, and close to everything you need like shops, cafes, restaurants and public transport. It’s a great spot for anyone looking for both comfort and convenience. Victoria is incredibly friendly and welcoming, taking the time to show us around and explain everything in detail. Highly recommended!

Πολύ καλό διαμέρισμα 1ου ορόφου σε ήσυχη γειτονιά του Βόλου. Εύκολο παρκάρισμα στη γύρω περιοχή. Το κατάλυμα είναι πεντακάθαρο και όμορφα διακοσμημένο, σου δημιουργεί μια αίσθηση ότι φιλοξενείσαι σε φιλικό σπίτι. Η οικοδέσποινα ευγενική και επικοινωνιακή. Μοναδικό αρνητικό ότι δεν υπάρχει ασανσέρ για άτομα με κινητικά προβλήματα.

We had a great stay at Alexas place. The accommodation has a lot of space and I came with my family, we were five in total and it was very comfortable. With the 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms it was very nice. The accommodation was very clean and well equipped. We enjoyed very much our stay here.

Ένα διαμέρισμα που τα συνδυάζει όλα. Στο κέντρο της Λάρισας κοντά στα μαγαζιά και στα εστιατόρια. Ήσυχο μέρος με αίσθηση εξοχικού. Οτι πρέπει για χαλάρωση! Καινούργιο με άψογη καθαριότητα! Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα!

Immaculately clean, perfect location, and the definition of luxury. The pool and hot tub are spectacular! Private parking and 5-10 minute walk to all the hot spots in Skiathos. Chris was so kind and generous to us. He really takes great care and has great pride in his place. The furniture inside and out is extremely comfortable. High ceilings, high windows, truly a must see. Perfect for our honeymoon!

This is a truly beautiful spot with a fantastic view over the sea, other islands and harbour - good for the sunset. The house and pool are lovely and all furniture in and out is comfy and in perfect condition. It is a steep and slightly winding drive up to the house - but worth it as the height gives you the view and the privacy. Niki came very early to clean the pool every few days and helped immediately when we asked anything. Using the Skopelos Trails map we were able to walk directly from the house to some of the sights and beaches but it is steep so only for seasoned walkers and not in the heat!

We stayed at this gorgeous house for 1 night during our trip to Pelion. It was the best property by far. First things first: The jacuzzi with a view of the Aegean is an unforgettable experience! The location of the house is absolutely stunning and the view is breathtaking. Exactly what you see in the photos but you have to be there to believe it. Located right in the middle of the forest, but still very easily accessible. It's secluded and quiet, while the nicest beaches of Eastern Pelion are about a 15-20 minute drive away. Can't begin to describe how cozy and beautifully decorated it was. We felt right at home and we now regret not having booked a few more days but our schedule was already fixed. It's new and sparkling clean and fully equipped with anything you might need. The hosts were fantastic too and very eager to help with everything. We also loved the cradle bed in the 2nd bedroom, the lovely welcome basket with local products and the kids' corner. Totally recommended!

I just want to give a big thankyou to Mike and Anastasia, what they have created here is beautiful. Our stay from minute one was just the most special thing, Mike greeted us with a big welcoming smile and was so helpful. Everything was spot on, Villa, pool, hot tub, surroundings were immaculate, and once we got there we felt at home straight away. We arrived there stressed and tired we left there invigorated and chilled. Try and get in the village if you can as well, it’s again something very special. We will be back 100% and I highly recommend that anyone should immerse themselves here, it’s wonderful. Thankyou so much Mike!

Tolles Haus, vor allem für Familien. Wir waren eine Woche mit 2 Kindern und einem Grosselternpaar im Haus. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit, vor allem im Pool und der Gegend. Gerne wieder.

Εξαιρετικό σπιτι! Ευρύχωρο, πολυ καθαρο ,μες στη φυση! Ιδανικό για οσους θελουν να απολαύσουν ενα ηρεμο Σαββατοκυριακο .

Ένας επίγειος παράδεισος στην καρδιά του Πηλίου! Η βίλα είναι πραγματικά ξεχωριστή — ένας συνδυασμός πολυτέλειας, παραδοσιακής αρχοντιάς και απόλυτης ηρεμίας μέσα στη φύση. Βρίσκεται σε μαγευτική τοποθεσία, κυριολεκτικά μέσα στο δάσος, με θέα στο Αιγαίο και σε απόσταση αναπνοής από την παραλία του Μυλοπόταμου. Το σπίτι είναι πλήρως ανακαινισμένο με σεβασμό στην ιστορία του, γεμάτο με αυθεντικά έπιπλα εποχής και σπάνιες διακοσμητικές λεπτομέρειες που μαρτυρούν αγάπη και φροντίδα. Η καθαριότητα ήταν άψογη και οι παροχές ξεπέρασαν κάθε προσδοκία: από την καλοσχεδιασμένη κουζίνα, μέχρι το υδρομασάζ στο πίσω μέρος του κήπου που μας πρόσφερε στιγμές απόλυτης χαλάρωσης. Η φιλοξενία της Ελένης και της ομάδας της ήταν ζεστή, διακριτική και ουσιαστική. Νιώσαμε πραγματικά καλεσμένοι και όχι απλώς ενοικιαστές. Μας καθοδήγησαν για κάθε τι που άξιζε να δούμε ή να δοκιμάσουμε στην περιοχή. Ελπίζουμε να επιστρέψουμε σύντομα!

La localización y la casa son inmejorables, nos hemos sentido como en casa y si tenemos la oportunidad volveremos a alojarnos en Villa Nina. La casa está situada en un emplazamiento increíble y tiene todo lo necesario para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

The view from Magdani was absolutely stunning, overlooking the bay and Skiathos town. The villa itself was very clean, light and cool, we had absolutely everything we needed. It was a 30 minute walk downhill to the town but a taxi was the way to go to get back up the hill. We decided to hire a car, which worked out great. Taxis generally charge 5 Euros per person plus an extra 5 Euros. Our host Areti was there to greet us and thereafter we communicated by text, she was very responsive and extremely helpful. The villa is cleaned every day as a matter of course, but you can ask for it not to be cleaned as required, which was fantastic. I would definitely recommend Magdani and the beautiful Isle of Skiathos.

WOW, WOW, WOW This place is just so beautiful, we didn't want to go home. We stayed for 8 nights in May. The weather was perfect - not quite full season yet so it was peaceful and quite. The location is the best. A short 5 min drive into Glossa where we enjoyed morning coffee and many meals in the restaurants there. It is a lovely quaint town where you can just sit and watch the world go by. The views from the villa could not be better - you can see the port, the mountain side with all the houses and of course the sae and other islands - just stunning. We would go back in heartbeat. The villa is like they say - beautifully done with everything you need. the layout just works so brilliantly. We cooked a couple of meals in the kitchen where there is everything you could want and what a view we had whilst eating. The island of Skopelos is stunning - we loved driving round the island. The roads are so good and every corner is another picture postcard view. Hosts are amazing!
