You will wake, eat, live, sleep, dream on the beach! Place is unique, it is like living on a Yacht with the luxury of a house. It is an Authentic Greek Fisherman's House, used to be an Inn and a family house later on. Now it is divided in three separate houses, sharing the same beach.

Όμορφο και άνετο σπίτι με ξύλο και πέτρα που σας ταξιδέυει στην τοπική παράδοση. Διαθέτει δύο κρεβατοκάμαρες με ξύλινο πάτωμα που κοιμίζουν 3 και 4 άτομα αντίστοιχα . Η πρόσβαση σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο γίνεται από την βεράντα όπως φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες.Έχει κοινή αυλή με το εκκλησάκι που βρίσκεται δίπλα όπου μπορούν να παίζουν τα παιδιά της γειτονίας με ασφάλεια. Έχει πρόσβαση σε αυτήν αυτοκίνητο εώς την πόρτα του σπιτιού για Parking μικρής διαρκείας, απαγορεύται όμως το 24ωρο.

A unique sunny house with blue and white shades with a unique panoramic view of the sea. It offers plenty of moments of relaxation and tranquility combined with excursions to several nearby beaches in just 5 minutes distance. It has a main large space with a fireplace, a double bed, two single beds, a sofa and an indoor loft with two large sleeping mattresses. It is 15 minutes by car from the beautiful town of Gythio as well as 15 from the picturesque traditional Areopolis.

Sonnenseite is ideal for families with children and friends due to its spaciousness. Every apartment unit contains a separate patio and can be pleasantly inhabited alone or in couples. The courtyard with a beautiful sea view is entwined with flowers. The spacious terrace offers individual seating comfort and sun loungers. Hugh old oak trees give shade for relaxation. Impressive landscapes, crystal clear waters, beautiful beaches, sun and tranquillity in all seasons.
