Beach Pit

This house is a property our family calls the Beach Pit. It was one of the original beach houses on the Island and some of its original features remain; vaulted slat ceilings and black and white parquet floors. Watch the world go by through the big bay windows, enjoy the beach wagon for time at the beach or hunker down and watch a movie. Dogs welcome at no extra charge, fully fenced yard. There is a security camera on the front of house facing door & a security camera facing back deck outside.

Fully furnished bayfront home in Port Isabel, sleeping up to 7 guests, just 4 miles from South Padre Island beaches. Features a full kitchen, 2½ baths, & a primary suite with king bed, en-suite bath, &TV. Second bedroom has a full bed with twin trundle. Third bedroom includes two twin beds. Important Notes: • Animal-free home due to medical allergies; no pets or animals permitted • Maximum of 2 vehicles allowed • No spring breakers. In March, ALL guests must be minimum age 27 except families

5909 Havana Dr: Private Pool/Large Back Yard

The house features a beautiful pool, swim up bar and large backyard. There is an outdoor kitchen with a propane grill and pizza oven. Large sliding door opens up to the downstairs game room. There is a bathroom and 1 bedroom downstairs. Upstairs: 3bedrooms, open concept kitchen/living room. The beach is 2 blocks away. Address is 5909 Havana Dr. Located on the corner of Havana/Sunset. City Noise Ordinance begins at 11pm on Fri/Sat. 10pm during the week. Please no outside guests or parties.

Relaxing Coastal Treasure

The house is peaceful and relaxing. Everything you need is here to have a great time. The kitchen is fully stocked. The master bath has a deep tub for soaking. The back deck and screened in porch have morning sun and a great hammock. The front yard is fully fenced with a small fire pit for a romantic evening or smores with the kids. The lower deck is great to park your personal boat or try your luck at catching crabs. My hope is to make this place a home away from home. Permit# 2022-195692
