This condo has a master bedroom with a queen bed, two bunk beds in the hall & queen sofa bed in the living room. Kitchen is equipped with all appliances & cooking needs such as dishes, utensils, coffee maker, microwave, blender & toaster. Dining area sits 6. This unit is located on the ground floor which makes it very convenient to load/unload suitcases & groceries. Only a few steps to the beach. Our condo was featured on HGTV. It has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths - everything you could want for your vacation only half a block from the beach, with two pools and a hot tub. Condo sleeps 6 adults easily (1 king and 2 full beds) and there is a premium air mattress available for use in the living area. Combination of 8 people can stay in the condo comfortably. We are only allowed to accommodate 6 adults in the condo per our HOA rules.

The Beach Landing, condo 100 yards from the beach.

Beautiful beachy 1 bedroom on the first floor with wheelchair ramp leading right to it. Enjoy the semi private Olympic pool with hot tubs and barbecue areas. The property is a short walk away from the beach and the old Schlitterbahn water park. Notice: For the month of March, tenants 13- 25 years old will be required to purchase wristbands at the front office. The cost is $40(cash only).
