House vacation rentals in Paddington

Stayed 3 days and 2 nights. This is where myself and my bridal team prepared for my wedding day. Such a beautiful place and stunning views which made for some amazing pictures, despite the rain. Very happy with our experience.

Tina was an excellent host. She went over and beyond making sure we had a great stay, including putting in a brand new BBQ for us which was greatly appreciated. Communication was great prior to our arrival and during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for her. The apartment was very clean and as described. It was great that liquid soap, shampoo and conditioner was provided, as were kitchen basics, tea, coffee etc. The apartment is in a great location, a 5 minute walk from the Bondi shopping mall where you can buy everything you need, and a 20 minute walk from Bondi Beach. The heated pool, although small, is a rare find and great for cooler times of the year, and the lovely covered outdoor dining area is perfect for BBQs. The area is noisy with a busy multi lane main road directly behind the apartment and a school in front of it. The other thing to note is that the apartment is approached by about 10 steep external steps so might not be easy for people with mobility issues.

My family and I stayed at this coastal retreat in Bronte Beach, and it was an unforgettable experience. The location is stunning, with views of the ocean and easy access to the beach. The property is beautifully maintained, offering impeccable style, large bedrooms, many bath/bathing options, multiple spacious gathering areas, and a great kitchen. The host was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail was taken care of. The amenities provided were top-notch, from the cozy beds to the well-equipped kitchen. The coastal walks, Bronte Baths/Beach and Bondi Beach are on the must see list. There are plenty of restaurants nearby. Overall, this Airbnb and the location exceeded my expectations. The pictures in the listing are accurate but cannot thoroughly convey the loveliness of this place.

This was a magnificent place for a long weekend with a group of friends. The views are spectacular, and the place very private. The house was spotless and very clean. I wanted to bring in some flowers and balloons prior to arrival and the host was incredibly accommodating with regards to allowing those services in at the check in time. Would definitely stay again!

I had the pleasure of staying at Geoff's property and it completely exceeded my expectations. The finishing throughout was absolutely beautiful—modern, elegant, and clearly done with great attention to detail. Nettie's art was all around (Geoff's wife). Every room felt thoughtfully designed and truly first class. The location was perfect: close to everything we needed, with easy access to restaurants, shops, and that Bondi Beach, yet still quiet and relaxing. The Bakery around the corner is world class. From the moment we arrived to the day we checked out, everything was seamless. This place is a gem, and I wouldn’t hesitate to book it again. In fact we extended by an additional week as it was so wonderful! The plunge pool and outdoor shower we a huge bonus! Highly recommended!

Loved staying in this gorgeous apartment. I came for a little writing-retreat and it was the perfect place to get work done whilst also feeling relaxed and comfortable. There are lovely green spaces nearby to go for walks/runs, and Potts Point is just a wonderful place to explore. There was an issue with the buildings hot water while I was there, but Janai did everything possible to keep me updated and give me alternative options too. Overall, a great experience!

Absolutely, the highest rating in every aspect of this beautiful property, simply one of best Airbnb’s we have stayed in. Allison is super-efficient with communications, helpful, flexible, and kind. The property is very well equipped with high end appliances, everything you could need as a guest is there. We were so impressed with the interior design, minimalist, exuding quality, warmth, and comfort. Quietly situated amongst pretty heritage houses in the delightful Surry Hills area, yet just a few minutes’ walk to delicious bakeries, a multitude of quality coffee shops and inviting eateries. An easy 5 minutes to the tram stop, taking you directly into the city centre and Circular Quay for the Opera House! We super loved it and look forward to returning soon. Very highly recommended. Well situated for restaurants public transport etc. easy access to downtown Sydney. Quite street with no noise.

Thank you so much for having us Sara! The house was perfectly located - easy walk to lots of fantastic cafes and restaurants and an easy uber to anywhere around the city. Lovely well decorated home with great amenities! Clean and tidy! Beds were super comfy which is always a plus! The only thing to note is the stairs are steep which Sara was kind enough to warn us about but definitely consider if you have any mobility restrictions! Would definitely stay here again! Highly recommend this location 🙂

We had such a wonderful time! It was the perfect spot for our wee family to explore Sydney - close to transport networks, stocked with everything we needed, heaps of character and Alexis was always incredibly friendly to deal with. Would definitely stay again when back in Sydney!

It was a pleasure to stay in this place, and we were always delighted to return to Frank's place at the end of a long day sightseeing. Situated in a neighborhood full of character, we were impressed with the great restaurants close by. Convenient to supermarkets to stock up for breakfast and other items. Walking to the city was easy...about 15 minutes to Sydney Tower and about 30 minutes to Circular Quay and the Opera House. The property itself is immaculate and spacious with all you need for a comfortable stay. Frank was great to communicate with. Hope to return one day.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Thank you so much for everything! There was so much to do in close vicinity, yet it was very quiet. Only a 15 min walk from Central. We slept really well, had lots of hanging space for clothes and mirrors everywhere made it easy to get ready. Loved the fresh fruit and chocolate treats on arrival too. The courtyard was a lovely place to relax and everything was very clean and tidy. If you have mobility issues, you might find the staircase a bit difficult to get up and down (bedrooms upstairs, bathroom/kitchen downstairs) but it was fine for us. We visited in Winter and found the air conditioner worked very well to keep us cosy. Combined with the warm doonas and dark blinds, we couldn’t ask for more to have a restful visit! Very peaceful street in the heart of Sydney. Beautiful view from three bedrooms, two bedrooms had a lovely private deck - well appointed kitchen and spacious lounge/ dining

Our party of four loved staying in this flat. Three bedrooms meant we all had our own private space . The location was excellent, with restaurants and a small bodega-like market within a block and even more just a bit further. Highly recommend Organic Bread Bar breakfast, coffee, and pastries. Very friendly staff. The home was clean and as advertised in the listing , and was well stocked with basic kitchen, amenities and toiletries. Communication with the owners was excellent – they’re very responsive and were quick to address the one small issue we had . Be warned that the property is on three different levels and has lots of steps, both full flights which are somewhat steep and slippery and two or three steps in multiple other places .

Excellent quiet location on the cliff viewing Tamarama surf and Bronte with a short walk over the hill to Bondi. The cottage was great for us, we only used one bedroom. The views are non-stop amazing.

Lovely home with all of the creature comforts, amenities & a spectacular view.. right on the Ocean front! Lots of scenic walking trails, and its a short stroll to plenty of cafes.. Cindy was a very responsive, friendly & flexible host.

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

We loved the location- a couple blocks away from Bondi Beach. The place was clean and beds were comfortable. We appreciated the ability to have a washer for our clothing. The area was nice and quiet.

The most ideal Redfern stay - the house is so well equipped and so comfortable. Best location too - close to absolutely everything. Will definitely keep it on our short list of Sydney stays. Thank you for having us!

We had a lovely stay in Rozelle. The house was cozy and clean, very well- equipped and in a great location for shops, restaurants and walks. Freja was a lovely host. Overall, a wonderful house to stay in.
