Vacation rentals with beach access in Paddington

Great apartment in North Bondi. 10/15 minutes walk to beach. Good coffee shops very close. Apartment is spacious with all facilities. Really enjoyed our stay and would certainly stay again.

Beautiful studio apartment with a stellar view overlooking Bondi. Uphill walk through a lovely, safe neighbourhood. Easy to walk to shops, cafes and the beach (but you must be okay with hills and walking ) . We loved everything about it. Very quiet and beautiful little spot

We had a great stay at Anita's place, perfectly located above Icebergs with views of the water! Anita was one of the best hosts we've ever had, great communication, met us at the property at check-in where she gave us a comprehensive tour and great tips for things to do, and had clearly put in a lot of effort to making her place perfectly clean! Had all the facilities you need, 10/10 would stay again!

We had a fabulous extended stay at Sharlene’s apartment. The views from the balcony were stunning. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and looks exactly like the photos. Linen and abundant towels were provided. It is near public transport to the city and other nearby beaches. There are lots of lovely restaurants nearby. We would definitely stay here again. Lovely home close to Bondi Junction, perfect location for shopping and lots of eating out options nearby. Nice and clean with all of the amenities, and a lovely outdoor space to relax in. Our daughter loved the bedroom in the loft too. Amelia was a great host, and provided us with plenty of local information.

Our stay was amazing! The place was spotless and exactly like the photos! Francine our stay extremely comfortable. 5 stars through and through!

We had a wonderful weekend away in Peters beautiful apartment. Beautiful places to watch a sunrise, walking distance from local cafes and shops. We would love to come back some day!

Lovely to be close to the amazing shopping and cafes of Bondi Junction as well as in walking distance of Centennial Park. Easy to park, quiet friendly neighbourhood, peaceful lush garden. Stylish and clean, comfortable beds, lots of interesting, quirky and beautiful things to look at. Good quality air conditioners, heaters and fans throughout. We felt right at home here and will definitely come back whenever we travel to Sydney.

The photos do not do the view justice. was so very relaxing to be on the water and just a few minutes walk to Jibbon beach.

This house is amazing! The views are so incredible, from the moment you walk in- you’re fixated with looking out over Newport! Lee was easy to communicate with and responded to all our requests very quickly. Definitely would stay again.

I was in town working on a film, Victoria is amazing and The Place! Gorgeous..you get your quiet beautiful view of the ocean and surfers. You can walk over and have a delicious meal or cocktail. I hope to come back, beautiful stay.

We felt right at home. Claudia has every convenience for a week long stay. Great kitchen and peaceful neighborhood for sleeping. It was an easy walk directly down beach road to the stunning bondi beach. Cute cafes and terrific Harris Farms grocery close by.

Strongly recommend for the stay in Sydney, especially if you are beach lover! Location super convenient to the congee and great amenities within short distance. Although we did not get a chance to nice Penny, from the conversation with her, I can feel she is a sincere host and help you along the way even before arrival. Her place is spotlessly clean and comfortable to stay.

Dianne’s apartment was really great. It is in a great location for Balmoral Beach and Mosman surrounds. It is really spacious and comfortable. Dianne had excellent communication and was responsive to any questions and messages throughout the stay. This Airbnb is a perfect location for seeing Sydney. You can connect to any part of the city from the bus stop adjacent to the rental. The rental itself was great - everything was clean and the rental was well equipped with everything needed for a week's stay.

Amazing location we stayed last minute for one night in Bondi. Perfect for couple. You couldn’t get closer to the ocean and literally next to Bondi Icebergs. We will def be back.

This place is absolutely amazing - we would come back again. Fantastic property, unbelievable views, and just a great place all round. I will say their beds are really comfortable also which is one of the biggest bonuses.
