The property itself is immaculate: tastefully designed, peaceful, and the perfect blend of luxury and tropical charm. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the people. The staff were beyond attentive—always available when needed, but never intrusive. Every little detail was thought of, from fresh towels by the pool to offering help with local recommendations and transport. And the warmth! Everyone was so genuinely friendly, making us feel completely at home from day one. It’s rare to experience this level of care and kindness. Amazing stay here. I was a little bit worried at first because there is not many pictures of the place however it was amazing clean and all the staff are so friendly and helpful. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I celebrated a milestone birthday with a handful of special friends in Bali and chose Alla's apartment over the several options available as it ticked many of the boxes my friends and I had listed for this stay. Primarily, we wanted the luxury and facilities of a high end resort, which the Ayana Resort certainly provides, while also having the option to gather within the privacy of our own lounge and dining room. It was also important for us to have daily housekeeping, access to a gym and spa, and extensive well maintained grounds to explore within the security of a 24/7 staffed complex. As such, Alla's apartment was an amazing find. Located in one of the residence towers on the Ayana resort, we had access to the restaurants and pools of the 3 hotels on site from a spacious and well appointed apartment. The vast grounds were out of this world beautiful, the staff were ever attentive. The theatre room in the listing is no longer available to guests, and even so, our stay was perfect.

*This Penthouse is super amazing, the facilities and amanities were top notch. Supreme location in between berawa and seminyak (close to lots of high recommended coffee shop and resto, not far from beach and some famous bali beach club). Eventhough located between the busy area in Bali, at night is so quite and calming. Will absolutely going back to this place!

having a condo with access to the hotel facilities was great. a full apartment with kitchen, smart TV in living area, 2nd TV in bedroom. internet 200mbs up and down, beach access from hotel, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. cleaning service every other day. nice balcony for chilling. Grab available for food and rides. Jimmy was very responsive, always quick reply. nothing negative to say about the place, book it, you won't be sorry.

The staff all speak fluent English and are super helpful. They even have walkie talkies so that they can get you what you need PRONTO! great experience

Just to say that Andrianto’s apartment was easy to locate, clean and extremely presentable - everything that the host had advertised. Great value for money, David was a fantastic host always willing to help when you need it, housekeeping came daily to make bed, refresh towels if needed and empty trash, even washed our dishes for us which was a delightful touch. Bathroom is pretty soap scum heavy but that’s not unusual in Bali, still smelt fresh. Location was super convenient, great spot for restaurants and access to the beach, pool facilities were fantastic although pool could be open a little later to accommodate for a post dinner swim. Laundry and coffee shop directly across the road which was nice and convenient for our stay. Very family friendly location. Absolutely would stay here again, well worth the price it is listed for.

I stayed here for 3 weeks and had a great time. The room is on the second floor of the building. Very spacious, it gets a lot of daylight. There is a separate wardrobe area, a separate excellent shower, kitchen, terrace and a shared pool downstairs. The Internet is fast, there were no problems. A comfortable workplace for working with a laptop. The air conditioner works quietly, maintains a comfortable temperature. There is no better location, Umalas - 5 minutes by bike, Canggu 10-15 minutes, Seminyak/Kuta - 10-15 minutes. There are many cafes, halls nearby. I would like to mention the friendly hosts who were attentive to any request, gave recommendations in terms of places. In terms of noise, it seemed noisy only on the first day, when the locals arranged a loud party with music nearby. The rest of the time, only a few roosters were heard in the morning and wildlife like frogs in the forest)) which is normal for Bali. The house is far from the main roads, so motorcycles, if they ride, are very rare, faintly audible and not annoying. Thank you for having us!

the hotel was good if a little dated. Close to the shops on the street and they had a limited shuttle bus to the galleria. perfect for a short stay.

This apartment is in a great location right next to the beach. The main pool was closed during our stay for maintenance, but the other two pools were nice and kept clean.

Bali it's a mix of beautiful things but there are also things that can ruin your holiday. Fortunately for oss, the location where we've been has made a big difference. Distance to the ocean is 2 minutes from the resort, and Legian beach had Cristal water without garbage, as we have seen on the others beaches. Close to a lot of terasses, restaurants, shops, but in the same time, quiet in the night. The only thing that could be improved is the very old bathroom, but everything was functional and clean.We had friends located in Seminyac, and Kuta, but we always get together in our area, in the restaurant that the resort has(with buffet)or on the beach,witch is the best,going shopping 😊So, I recommend this apartment, the price for all you get is more than perfect.

Marlissa’s place was an impressive modern villa which is located strategically in Umalas, making it easy to go to Seminyak or Canggu. The villa was stunning, with great amenities. Being located by a road, there were times where you could hear sounds of traffic, but Marlissa had provided earplugs for the comfort of her guests.

Booked this villa last minute as we weren't happy with our hotel... host was very helpful and even guided our taxi driver to the property. perfect place to relax after a busy 2 week holiday full of adventure- staff cannot do enough to help you

Amazing location. Walkable to anywhere you like. The pool was wonderful coming back to after a day of walking and travelling. Shower water pressure was low which was raised and Julia advised it will be fixed but this wasnt fixed while we were there so hopefully this can be done soon.

Our family of 8 had a truly wonderful stay at the luxurious Tranquil House! The location was perfect—private and peaceful, yet just minutes away from the vibrant heart of Canggu. The villa itself was exceptional: spacious bedrooms with king-sized beds and ensuite bathrooms, powerful A/C, strong WiFi, a well-equipped gym, sauna, and cold plunge pool—to name a few highlights, all of which are impeccably maintained by an amazing team. Huge thanks to Ira and Kade for their warm hospitality—welcoming us with a delicious dinner, preparing daily breakfasts and ensuring our every need was met. Vian, Made, and Putu also made our day trips seamless with their expert driving, flexible itinerary planning and navigating Bali’s tricky roads with ease. We had a restful, comfortable, and memorable time here. Highly recommend this villa for families or big groups looking for a luxurious and relaxing Bali getaway!
